We furnished this unit like we would if we were living there. Very comfortable & sturdy furniture. Comfortable mattress, soft linens, sheets & towels. Kitchen stocked with what you need for making great meals. New as of January 2023: black out shades In bedroom & living room, microwave, toaster, LVP flooring in kitchen & bath, interior paint, Smart TV, rugs, washer/dryer, bathroom vanity, mirror, LED light fixtures & linens. Other things you will love: full size stainless refrigerator, full size electric range, tilt-in windows, designated driveway for each unit & large back yard.

Neighborhood:
sidewalks and close to Lenoir Rhyne University and 2 local hospitals.
