No cleaning fees! Adorable cabin with pool!

This well appointed tiny cabin has everything you need. You will have two cozy bedrooms each outfitted with queen memory foam mattresses and ROKU TV's as well as ceiling fans and AC units for those hot Texas days. There is an open concept living space and a table for four that leads itself into the fully equipped kitchen. We offer a private backyard and pool to relax in after your day out on the town. You will share a fence in between our property and the bnb but we are far enough away that you will feel like it is your own little oasis. You will be a 5 minute drive to Marketplatz and all the shops and wine tasting rooms downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. You can walk to Hondo's in 10 minutes or to Eakers Bar-b-q across Main in about the same time.

We had a fantastic stay and loved the quaintness of the place. The location was spot on, loved the interior and exterior including the pool, and Bethany was very kind and attentive. We highly recommend this lovely property.

The property was adorable, stylish and perfect for a getaway with friends! We had a wonderful time by the pool and the location was great. 10/10 no notes, would definitely return!

Great little place

This place was absolutely adorable. It was clean. It wasn’t too far from all the shops. We had fresh focaccia bread from a local bakery left for us along with some kolaches. The fresh flowers were beautiful. The pool was perfect. We were actually able to get in it our first day. A little chilly but very refreshing.

Perfect Bestie Getaway

My best friend and I had our first Bestie trip together and we have been friends for 26 years. Our stay was amazing and everything was so close by. We had delicious kolaches that were provided and fresh flowers on the table. The host is amazing and sweet and responded quickly when needed. We will definitely be going back in the summer to enjoy the pool! This is definitely a perfect Bestie Trip getaway! Thank you!! We highly recommend this place & will be back again!

Was a lovely experience

We used the pool twice. Location was in town, quiet neighborhood. The property owner was very thorough and had just about everything you could possibly want during the stay, and had fresh flowers and kolaches for us when we got there. It was a lovely stay and we would definitely love to stay again.

Perfect Weekend!

The house and the pool were incredible! Everything was so clean and precious. The kitchen had very thoughtful amenities, including coffee and coffee accessories. There was a dishwasher and a great refrigerator along with utensils for cooking. I can’t wait to stay at this house again in the future!

Perfect relaxing getaway

Great location in historic downtown Fredericksburg near shopping and restaurants. This small house is even cuter than the pictures show. Every detail was well thought out and we loved the fresh flowers, kolaches, and coffee set-up. The pool was perfect and so refreshing. Bethany was so quick to respond to every question throughout the entire rental process. The experience was hassle-free and made for a great ladies getaway. 10/10.

Perfect Getaway

This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It’s super clean, super cute, and super close to all of the shopping and restaurants. The pool was a great way to unwind after shopping and the house is extremely cute. 10 out of 10 would recommend for a fun trip.

Perfect house

This little house has everything you will need for a weekend getaway in Fredericksburg. We loved the fresh flowers and kolaches waiting for us when we checked in. It was less than a 15 minute walk to some local coffee shops and wine tasting rooms. We didn't get to swim because of the weather, but the backyard and pool were 10/10. We will look at this house again in the future.

We had everything we needed in this cozy house! We went with our friends for early birthday weekend. Hostess was amazing & made sure we had everything we needed

Wonderful house in a quiet Neighborhood!

We spent most of our time at Enchanted Rock with only the evenings at this quiet cozy cabin but enjoyed every second. It was easy to relax and wind down after a long day and had everything any family would need to spend any number of days in Fredericksburg. Would definitely stay again.

Tiny House with Big Feel!

Stayed here for a girls weekend! There were three of us, but could easily handle four adults. It is decorated very nice and has all the amenities you need! Even a coffee grinder! The pool is an awesome bonus! Our host was very attentive and answered all questions in a few minutes of posting. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Girls trip 2023

Three best friends living in three different states met up and had a fabulous girls trip weekend. The tiny house and pool were perfect. Relaxing and Romantic Getaway

This cabin was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our 33rd Anniversary. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, we felt at home and so relaxed during our entire stay. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay and it was beautifully decorated. The pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a warm day of fun in town. Our host, Bethany, thought of everything, from kolaches waiting for us upon our arrival to beautiful fresh flowers in every room! Bethany was easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Perfect little Oasis

As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by this tiny home. It is cozy, comfortable & so cute. We were pleasantly surprised to find kolaches waiting for us as well as fresh flowers in every room. Everything we needed was provided & it was very, very clean. The pool was the perfect “cherry on top.” Very refreshing in the hot TX summer. Location was great, very close to downtown shopping & restaurants. I would definitely stay again & highly recommend to others looking for a place in Fredericksburg.

Great Location, Very Clean

Great location very close to main st. Private pool was a big hit with the kids. It’s a tiny home but has high ceilings and had plenty enough room for our family of four. Lots of natural light in the house. Very clean. Though we left the house clean there wasn’t a big to do list for checkout like a lot of properties we’ve rented in the past.
