House was comfortable and had all amenities. One bedroom smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and the house did have a lived in feel. Overall a great spot, owner was very responsive and appreciated her coming out to bring an iron. Thanks for the stay - Gave Maine and great feel for us out of state/country folk.

Great location and views. We were 3 adult couples and needed the bedroom and bathroom space. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfy beds! Minor feedback was lack of rail in closet and hangers.

We enjoyed 4 days lakeside in this bright, comfortable home! The house is equipped nicely for larger groups-Our family cooked together in the kitchen with ease and the roomy dining table accommodated the 8 of us perfectly. There was ample upholstered seating indoors as well as chairs/loungers outside by the water. The beds/bedding were very comfortable and the entire house, very clean.We also enjoyed use of the paddle board and fire pit. If I were to stay at the lake house again, I might ask for the following supplies to make our stay a little more seamless: A binder containing operating manuals for the home’s appliances, AC, TVs, etc. A step ladder would be useful to get to the top kitchen shelves. A hairdryer would have been appreciated, as well as all 3 bathrooms consistently being stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Finally, some additional hooks, especially for the bedrooms in which there are no closets, would be handy for hanging clothes and damp towels. Overall we give this house very high marks! Thank you!

The host was very easy to communicate with and the rental was spacious, clean, and well stocked with a variety of things such as essential cooking devices, extra beach towels, and even board games / things to entertain small children in case needed. While we didn't need or use it, there was even a child's playpen available, which others may appreciate. The waterfront access was also a treat. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house

Parents
 this review is for you! We loved this house and our time here. The house has a lot of accommodations for children they don’t have in the listing: kids plateware, cups, pack and play, toys, a tree house. All of that definitely exceeded our expectations and was great to have with our 2.5 year old. Things to note: all the windows are amazing but curtains are not black out and we were up early with our son every day. The bathrooms are beautiful, but there are no bath tubs. Other things worth mentioning: this house is one of the best stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed to cook meals, make coffee, etc. the location was a little far from everything. The closest store was 15 mins away but it was nice to be on the lake.

Fabulous lakeside home

Wonderful property, great shared space, inside and out. Well appointed kitchen. All modern. Good bedroom / bathroom layout. Amazing lake access. Responsive hosts. Great place for a family gathering!

Lake and stream

Beautiful new home, very comfortable and well out with amenities. Only suggestions would be to add a handrail on the stairs and additional towel bars. Otherwise a great place.

A Tranquil Lakeside Gem in Maine!

had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house in Maine! The modern and clean design of the house added a touch of luxury to the whole experience. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The large windows in the living room allowed for plenty of natural light and gave me the feeling of being connected to nature even while indoors. The amenities provided were top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, making cooking a breeze. The beds & linens were so comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful and the towels were so soft. The location was perfect – close to Portland & Kettabunkport . I appreciated the ease of access to both nature and city attractions. Overall, this lake house was a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone
