Welcome to the perfect escape in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC! This cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home features all the space you need for your group of friends, family, golfers, and skiers. This home is located along the 12th hole of the Fairmont Riverside Golf Course and within 30-minutes drive to 10 more courses. There is a large rec room with games and an outdoor fire pit area.

This vacation home is professionally managed by True Key Vacations Ltd. All communication will be through the True Key Vacations team via phone or email.

Fairmont Hot Springs is the hub for all Columbia Valley activities! Enjoy golfing at the nearby Fairmont Hot Springs courses - Riverside, Mountainside and Creekside - or drive a bit down the road to 10 other nearby courses.

This vacation home is also located just minutes from the Fairmont Hot Springs mineral pools, where you can relax the day away. You'll find a grocery store, liquor store, a couple restaurants, cafe's and shops just minutes away.

Make sure to take a drive to one of the many areas offering walking trails, hiking trails, beaches, mountain biking and more.

Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your vacation home. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-in's before 4pm MST.

The entire upper level of this home is accessible to guests. The basement is locked for the owners storage use.
There is a wood burning fireplace inside the home as well as a hot tub outside, these are not available for guest use.

Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.

Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.

Great mountain stay!

Awesome property for a group of friends looking to stay in an area close to a bunch of amenities. Clean, easy to find, large, and with a great hot tub and BBQ. Would highly recommend.

The house was dated but clean- dishes decent. Some hinges were somewhat loose, shower in master bedroom had a broken hose but we made do, one stove burner didn’t seem to work. But for price - it was clean, gave us space and we went out during the day mostly so it was a decent home base. In the mountains with access to a lot of cool places in Fairmont, Invermere and Radium.

Great location and great property management team.

Loved the property and location. Needs a little bit of TLC especially with one of the bedroom window curtains and was missing towel hangers/hooks in some bathrooms. LOTS of utensils which was great. Too bad hot tub didn’t work. Had to leave earlier for family emergency and got refunded. Special thanks for that. Overall worth the money.

Over all nice stay

Overall , my family enjoyed our stay , while we skied and went to hot springs . Neighbour , tries his best to make stay unpleasant . He’s rude, creepy, and plays some kind of loud high pitched noise from his yard And will call and report simply noise during day He actually was entertainment … nothing that we aloud to ruin our trip .

Golf trip

Advertisement said hot tub, hot tub was not working and filthy. Smell can only be described as "tangy".

Family Vacation

We travelled with our Son and his family which included 3 kids under 7. There was a lot of space which we really appreciated . The 2nd family room gave us a space for a little time away from each other. Loved the hot tub as well. Unfortunately we never got to use the fire pit as it was too hot outside.

Not like the pictures

We have been to this area multiple times and love it there. We had a good trip in spite of this property. We noticed the following issues with the property: cupboard doors coming off the hinges; stains/dirty spots on the carpeting; broken legs on furniture - we would have fallen over if we sat in the chair; matresses were extremely uncomfortable and need replacing; grass had not been cut, so use of outdoor fire pit was not really an option. I could go on. For the price per night, this property was not good value.

Poor upkeep

Hot tub was dirty and water level was so low it wasn’t filtering the water. Cover was torn and very difficult to manoeuvre. No hand soap in some bathrooms. BBQ had no propane. No lights in large living room making it useless after the sun went down. Kitchen had bare minimum supplies, Aesthetically very unpleasing inside no pride in the finishes poorly thrown together.

Mostly As Advertised

We stayed at this location as a group of 8 for a golf trip recently. The home itself was clean, and probably larger than it appeared in the pictures. Very nice location backing onto the Fairmont Riverside Golf Course. Check in was smooth, and it was easy to deal with the property manager A few issues to note-The next door neighbours have 3 or 4 aggressive signs pointed towards the property condemning Air BNB/VRBO renters, suggesting they will call the police.-The home is in dire need of a revitalization. The roof shingles are covered in moss. Many of the fixtures appear to be ready to fail - A curtain rod fell off the window from and onto one of our guests head in the middle of the night while he was sleeping.-A few of our guests had strong suspicions of a mold problem within the house. One of the guests ended his trip early and went home due to his ongoing reaction to it.Conclusion - You get what you pay for with this home. Good size and location for probably the cheapest cost in the area is traded off for the somewhat state of disrepair and neighbour aggression.

Would not stay here again

The property was in a great location, beautiful street. House was very large, lots of room to move around, large kitchen to cook in, 2 living rooms to hang out in. Sheets and towels were clean and plenty of them. Kitchen had lots of dishes and cutlery but the knives were dull and the frying pans were not useable. We occupied 3 bedrooms and all mattresses were worn out and very uncomfortable. Couches were worn out. there were some rips and stains on furniture, pillows, outdoor patio chairs. Stained carpets. Deck has loose boards. TV’s were too small for the space and old. Overall the house was cleaned up but the furniture could be replaced. The outside of the house needs repairs.

Riverside Golf Stay

We were impressed with the cleanliness upon arrival. We really enjoyed having a fire pit and the air hockey was fun. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub especially after some cooler days on the course but didn´t find it easily accessible. There needs to be some steps or something in order to safely get in & out. Most meals were planned around having a barbecue but it needs replacing & was not usable. One couple planned to sleep in the master bedroom but after resorting to the floor the first night, switched rooms and slept in singles beds. A single person managed to sleep in the master room. Suggest replacing the bed as it is worn out. We felt the whole place was in need of some maintenance & TLC. We golfed everyday so the location was awesome for that. We had some very nice lunches and Prime Rib dinner at the Clubhouse also. It seems the new owners are doing a great job and we look forward to visiting the area again next year.

OVERPRICED NEEDS WORK

We made this property work, as we came from Alberta and had nowhere else to book. BUT, the property had many issues. The neighbour is aggressive and has NO VRBO guests welcome signs posted directly at the property. Front and back. The property itself if pretty much falling apart. Layout is nice for big family. Location is great for fairmont vacation. Backyard and deck are a dump and hot tub is kind of clean but sketchy and low on water. Carpets and furniture is dirty. We felt this property was very much over priced for what it offers and the disgusting and aggressive behaviour of the neighbour. Also the communication with the management company is terrible. We didn’t receive our entry code until 1 hour after we arrived in drive way. This required me phoning all around different numbers until finally arguing with someone to find a way to get us into our rental.

Great Location, not the best property

While we enjoyed our time there and True Key Vacations was super attentive to our requests, I would not book this location again. The hot tub was not functioning and one of the pull out couches was broken. The screen door on the front of the house was broken and did not function. Glad we didn't go when it would have been hot. The property looks a little run down and while you could tell they tried to put some effort into keeping it up, everything seemed a little half assed. i.e., the deck had new decking but most were not nailed down. The exterior of the house was painted but painted poorly. The house was vacuumed and clean but there were stains on the carpet. We found socks from a past guest behind the curtains and there were quite a few bugs in the house. (that might just be a common Fairmont thing). Lastly, while we didn't interact with the neighbor, he had two signs facing the property telling us that VRBO users were not welcome in his neighborhood, kind of a bad way to start the week long vacation.

VRBO meets Hostel

Overall the house was clean. However beds were incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night took the mattress and slept on the floor. Walls not completely painted. Broken eaves when looking out window and a sliding screen front door that was broken and wouldn’t completely close. I have sent several emails regarding this property and received absolutely zero feedback. First email was regarding the extremely rude and intrusive neighbours right beside the house that had large signs both front and back of their property facing this home stating that VRBO and air bnb are not welcome in this neighborhood and the cops will be called and the slightest reason. As well as coming over and filming our vehicles within the first hour, when asked what we did wrong they yelled “ok Texas- yee haw!”. As some from our group were from Texas. This was not the last encounter as they turned their car alarm on and stared out the window at our kids as they walked by on the street. As well as purposely made loud noises with what sounded like a pump in their back yard while looking over the fence at us. The second email was regarding an Apple Watch that got left behind- with zero response back. Overall the house did the trick, however it was a dump, with ripped pillows, blinds everywhere that were crooked or broken in the master bedroom and bathroom. Air hockey or shuffle board game would have been fun had there been pieces to play it. Stairs to basement had baby gate propped up but not secured.

The only positive on this home was the layout as there was plenty of room for our family.The house itself is in very poor condition and has a very strong odor; we suspect from mold which is visible on various windows and sliding door. Bathroom sinks are leaking, shower head in master ensuite blew apart, dishwasher was not working. The water itself was not drinkable as it had a stale taste to it. The house was dirty, couches and carpet is stained and many surfaces showed dust. We will not stay here again, nor recommend this house to anyone
