This very large (180sq.m) elegant full story apartment is ideal for your family or group of friends looking to enjoy Argostoli and Kefalonia. Located on the 2nd floor of our family owned building in a quiet residential neighborhood, it has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living room and fully equipped kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms have large double beds and the third 2 singles. All bedrooms have independent air conditioning, ample storage space with large wardrobes and are open, airy, and full of light.
One master bedroom has an attached bathroom and there is another main bathroom available. Both bathrooms have showers. There is also a laundry machine in one of the bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need from a full modern kitchen to prepare any meal. Full size electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine cover all appliance needs. There are also, of course, all necessary tools, cutlery, pots and pans for every cooking idea you may come up with.
There is a dining area with a dining table for 6-8 people.
The living rooms is open and like the rest of the house full of natural light. A big corner sofa and a 55” TV will make sure your indoor leisure time is covered.
