Kitchen and Dining Area

This beautiful open concept kitchen features black granite countertops, a large breakfast bar with four barstools, and a dining area with seating for four more around the table. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Living Room

The living room features a couch, recliner, flat screen TV, and a gorgeous wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to the balcony.

Master Suite

The master suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen TV, and a large sliding glass door that also opens to the balcony. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features two full-sized beds, a nightstand, and large closet.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, desk, computer monitor, (bring your own docking system), and large closet.

Bathroom 2

The second bedroom is located between the second and third bedrooms, and features another double vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Outside

Outside on the balcony you will find an electric grill, a large patio table and patio chairs. (Gas grills and fireplaces are banned from the Emerald Bay Complex).

Neighborhood Description

The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex offers access to two pools and a tennis court. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
