Schaefer Adventures @ 34,5 mm avec Dock

Schaefer Adventures est une maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains sur un terrain plat idéalement situé au 34,5 mm, au large de 5-53, près de Pirate's Point et Captain Ron's. Cette maison récente est parfaite pour les grandes familles et les réunions, pouvant accueillir 9 personnes dans des lits, avec une grande cuisine, un îlot et un salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte. Beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde pour s'asseoir et voir le lac à travers un mur de fenêtres ou un salon sur la grande terrasse et voir le coucher du soleil tous les soirs. Apportez vos bateaux avec vous sans frais supplémentaires! Il y a un quai à deux puits, 22 'et 28', avec élévateur à bateaux en V pour un bateau de 28 '. Beaucoup d'espace sur le pont de bain pour prendre le soleil et nager avec une nouvelle échelle Wet Step pour des heures de plaisir sur le rivage. Kayaks et jouets aquatiques sur place également. Le nouveau patio en béton estampé a un barbecue à gaz et une plaque chauffante avec des sièges pour votre café du matin et vos repas du soir. Il y a une table à manger extérieure et un foyer au propane avec beaucoup de sièges. Chaque chambre a la télévision par câble avec une grande télévision dans le salon et le wifi.

With the big open living room and kitchen, there is plenty of room for everyone on the couch or at the dining room table to be able to spend time together. We enjoyed our stay. We used the Lilly pad, kayaks, and the dock quite a lot. We also rented two waverunners from Pirate’s Point nearby. The house was fully stocked with everything and fit our needs well, especially being able to bring our sweet dog with us.

Happy to hear you enjoyed the lakefront and all the fun amenities provided at the Schaefer Adventures Lakehouse this summer. The Schaefers have anticipated what families need on vacation because they have family come stay with them too. Feel free to send us your packing list ahead of time so we can save you space in your car. With pre-approval, Schaefer Adventures is pet friendly with a $50/per pet fee. This fee helps cover the extra insurance with having pets and we also provide food/water bowls, and a special treat for your four legged family member. The shoreline is a gradual exit for pets if they like to swim. Come back and see us anytime of the year!

Weekend at the ozarks!

We had a great time! The place was clean and nice to accommodate our fur babies and kids. Close to restaurants and shopping and the cove was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend!

Thanks for your review of Schaefer Shoreline Adventures for your October stay. I know the weather was rainy, the lake level was down during your stay, and the crappie were not biting as you hoped. Those three items we can not control but wish we could. We are so thankful to our neighbor for allowing you to keep your second fishing boat in their slip under cover of rain for your stay. It seems the access ramp under Hurricane Deck was convenient to the house’s location as well and we were happy to meet you and your party at the house and assist where needed. Whatever we can do for a five star review, please let us know. We take pride in individual service and meeting your needs when you stay in a property managed by J&K Powell Properties LLC. We loved this property. Had everything we needed, which made the trip so stress free. Spent most of the weekend on the dock, fishing, kayaking, floating, swimming. Everything was comfortable and clean and we will be back!

This place was awesome. We have never seen a place so well stocked with things. This place was very clean , and had comfy beds. It was just as if you were home. Manager was very nice , and helpful.

Thank you for your review and glad you were able to bring your own boat to watch the Shootout. Schaefer Adventures is located at the Shootout finish line in a no wake cove. There is a 6000# lift for a Vhaul 30ft boat as well as a slip for a pontoon or second boat.

Family fun!

We had a great time! The house was clean and nice. The kids loved all the lakeside amenities- we used the canoe, kayaks, and the lily pad. We went fishing as well and caught fish right from the dock! Wonderful vacation!

So happy hear the young kids had fun! We keep fishing poles in the dock closet and glad you were able to catch some fish during your stay. The dock is our favorite place to hang out and we never have to worry about boats when swimming because we are in a small cove off the main channel. We hope you and your family return in the future. Perfect location

The managers went above & beyond to put all the little extras in place. The location was close to everything as we traveled & explored the area. Plenty of space for our three teenagers & 2 dogs. We enjoyed the fire ring, grills, dock, kayaks & canoe. A little get away from home with all the extras!

This was very clean and very well stocked with all one might need. Fun gift bags provided for guests and even a gift bag for my spoiled grand dog. We were lucky to have perfect weather and even got to use the kayaks. Really relaxing.

Very clean house with a beautiful view of the lake

Wow what a clean house! I can’t say enough about how clean and well stocked this house was. Everything was fully stocked in the kitchen ranging from pots and pans to utensils. There also was condiments left to use in the fridge I was able to pull my car into the garage everyday to keep cool from the ozarks sun during the day while we were out on our boat. I would rate this place A and would rent again. The gifts left for us when we should up was very nice. I’ll be back next year to rent the house again. Great spot in a cove with nice neighbors to talk to and light boat traffic at the end of the cove.

Great Spot on the Lake!

We love staying in this home when we vacation in the Lake of the Ozarks. It is situated in a quiet cove, which we appreciate. Love using the kayaks they provide and the large lilly pad to float on. There is a great area to wade in the water that's close to the dock. The home is comfortable with everything you need for a great vacation. Also appreciate having the use of a flattop grill along with a regular grill. The owners are the best -- with making sure we have what we need, so we can have the best vacation!

Great stay at a great location.

Our family and pets had an amazing stay. This place has everything, kayaks, swim mats, a canoe. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Easy access to the main channel and close to a boat and wave runner rental spot. The nice quiet cove made it great for our younger kiddos to get lots of swim time without worrying about boats coming too close. Quick, reliable responses to any questions we had by the property manager. Would highly recommend staying here.
