Downtown Parguera Retreat

Parguera Retreat is an exclusive, one-of-a-kind 3 bedroom two story house located in La Parguera, Lajas. Beautiful sophisticated high ceiling, open contemporary floor plan, wall arts, three dimensional visual arts sculptures, exotic decor, and spa-like escape inspired bathroom will definitely be a memorable part of your stay.

Private entrance. Private all around balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture(sitting area-chairs and lounges, table, citronella candle, dominoes table, dominoes pieces, and BBQ). Private parking inside the property and extra street parking spots.

First floor have central air conditioning and all bedrooms also have air conditioning. All rooms and indoor areas have ceiling fans. Queen and one bunk bed bedroom have 32’ inches TVs.

House has a studio on the back part which is also rented, so you might see other guests, although entrance and parking areas are different.

House has water cistern in case of an interruption to the water service.

Property has the ability to accommodate a boat and/or trailer under 22 feet in length in the premises under lock, surveillance cameras, gate, and hose with clean water availability. Please note due to height restrictions, boat must fit under a 9 foot tall ceiling. Extra fee applies.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 adults. $300 fine will be charge if violated and you will be expelled from the property.

🤐 QUIET HOURS: 10:00PM-8:00AM

🚫 NO LOUD PARTYING: or guests beyond maximum ocupancy. Yes, you can enjoy music and have a good time, please make sure to follow the quiet hours on the neighborhood.

💡TURN OFF: Lights, TV, and A/C when not in property.

📺 Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu suscriptions are set at tv, please don’t log off the accounts.

🚭 NO SMOKING: Inside the room or within the property. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.

🐶 ONLY DOGS ALLOWED: Dogs should be under supervision at all times. Dogs can not be left alone in property at any time and under no circumstances. Gates must remain CLOSED at all times, since there might also be other guests pets.

👶 CHILDREN: We love kids, but they must be under supervision at all times. Parguera Retreat is not responsible under any circumstances for any accident during your stay.

🚫 STAY OUT: Respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors. Please remain within your corresponding area inside the property.

🔦 WATER OR ELECTRICAL INTERRUPTION: The host will not be responsible for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred. No refunds.

📍 EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK OUT: Always ask first for availability.

🤬 STAINED, DAMAGED, OR BROKEN: Fine starting at $250 will be charged.

🪑 FURNITURE: Do not move.

🚫 OTHER: No hanging of any type of clothing on the outside of property.
