Welcome to Deer Ridge, your perfect getaway to relax and unwind amidst the stunning natural beauty of Southern Utah. This beautiful 2-bedroom casita is located in a private community above Orderville nestled below the pink coral cliffs, just a 20-minute drive to the East entrance of Zion National Park, 1 hour to Bryce Canyon, and 2 hours to the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has twin built-in bunk beds, perfect for families with children or a romantic getaway for couples. The casita also boasts a fully-appointed open kitchen, perfect for cooking up delicious meals to enjoy with your loved ones.

Step outside to the balcony and be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the canyon, a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening drink. The patio below has a BBQ and a hot tub, ideal for soaking in after a long day of exploring the outdoors.

Deer Ridge is the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful escape from the crowds of Springdale. You can relax in the tranquil surroundings of the private community, watch the abundant wildlife, and enjoy the serene atmosphere. Come and experience the best of Southern Utah at Deer Ridge.

Great stay near Zion and Bryce

This property was gorgeous and super comfy! Easy base camp to enjoy both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Communication was excellent and all amenities were 5 star. Will definitely recommend!

Very nice, comfortable, clean place

The place is great. It seems very new, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living area were great. Loved the location - made it easy to get to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. No complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

Little Gem!

Our stay at Deer Ridge was fantastic! The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our vacation completely stress-free. The location was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful scenery and even a visit from some deer! We truly appreciated not having to worry about the little things, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time away. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway in an ideal setting! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

We were looking for a cabin that would accommodate our family of four comfortably, and we couldn’t have been be happier with Deer Ridge. Clean, modern, and private, we were thoroughly able to cook or grill dinner and enjoy the hot tub after a full day of hiking or horseback riding. It was much needed relaxing and rejuvenating week spent under the stars and away from everything. A perfect getaway.

Wife’s Birthday Weekend

We absolutely loved our stay. We wanted to move in!!! It was private, modern, comfortable. A perfect place to check out, close to great hiking, and just an over all sense of contentment. We didn’t want to go back to work. We will be back if Alex will have us !!!

Lovely place, great hosts

The casita is lovely. The hosts have thought of a lot of things. They constructed two very helpful guidebooks -- each around 100 pages to provide helpful information about the area. Much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Prefect Family House

Modern rental property with a beautiful view from the balcony. Our boys had their own space with games provided. Everything was very clean, modern and new. Hot was prefect after a long day full of adventures. All the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes and cookware. The property owner was quick to respond with any questions.

Much needed getaway

My girlfriend and I needed a to escape the world for a few days and just reconnect with each other. We were able to do this with dips in the hot tub with all the lights off under star filled skies, mimosas in the morning on the deck, a bed that neither of us wanted to get out of, and some amazing hikes and sights when we were able to pull ourselves out of said bed. It was perfect! And our hosts were spot on! Alex and Vanessa are so accommodating and provide open and fluid communication! Definitely on the list to come back to!

Amazing Time at Deer Ridge

Aloha, My family and I are from Hawaii and we did a trek across the west and included Utah in our visit. The Deer Ridge house was such a nice place to stay while hiking around southern Utah. We hiked in Zion, Bryce Canyon, Kanab area and did some slot canyon tours in Eckhart Canyon. The deer ridge house was such a nice immaculate place to come back to at the end of the day and soak our tired bones in the hot tub. The house is set up perfect for families and kitchen had everything imaginable for cooking. We loved using the bbq for a big feast at the end of the day. The beds are super comfy with plenty of quality linens provided. We will come back sometime soon since there is so much in the area that we did not get to explore. We wished we could have stayed for weeks but we had other places to visit on our journey. I would highly recommend the Deer Ridge house!

Clean,New, & Private

We booked this extremely last minute and the price was amazing ESPECIALLY for what you get. I was looking for something private with a hot tub and a view and this exceeded that. We loved how new and upgraded it looked in the pictures and in person it did not disappoint. It has a fireplace, TV where you can watch your own Netflix etc accounts. It had everything we needed to make dinner or breakfast. You do share this with the home next store and I was worried it wouldn’t be private but we saw no one and it is extremely private. The book they give you gives you info to restaurants near to eat at etc. If we needed anything we simply reached out and were given the help we needed. Also the beds were extremely comfortable. The view was just beautiful so 10 out 10 for the one!!!

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home.
Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns
 it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
