Frustrating the first day

The first day we had no hot water and the washer and dryer did not work so we had to take cold showers. The second day we thought it would better however we spent most of the day trying to troubleshoot why the hot water heater was not working. We finally realized that the hot water heater had been turned off and we were not informed that it needed to be turned on. We also could not get the washer and dryer to work and again after researching we realized that the breaker was not on so we turned it on and it was fine. We did let the front desk know that we had not been informed of this and they stated that the maids should have done this when they cleaned it. Overall this day was nice property was clean the employees were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay again however first thing when we get there we will check the breakers and the hot water heater to make sure they're on cold we went to the office
