The Trenton Treehouse is a beautiful pet friendly (dogs only!) air conditioned four bedroom, three and half bathroom newly updated (2023) Bend Oregon vacation rental located on the west side.  The vacation home is close to downtown in the quiet and private River West neighborhood. Enjoy a walk to downtown Bend or to one of the many restaurants, coffee houses, equipment rental companies or boutique shops located on the west side of Bend.

Filled with sunlight and eclectic art with contemporary and mid-century modern furnishings throughout the vacation home with skylights and sunshine filled windows. Enjoy coming home after the adventure of the day, shopping or pub hopping and stretch out and relax in approximately 2,200 sq. ft.  The Trenton Treehouse feels like you have arrived at your home away from home. The light and bright sunny living room has hardwood floors and is furnished with two new comfortable sofas and an easy chair; a perfect setting to view your favorite shows on the large smart TV for streaming (w your log in), or whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen.  Formal seated dining for up to 8-10 is situated adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen.  The upper large deck is accessed from the living room area and has a barbecue w propane, seated dining for up to 8 with an umbrella and lighting.

Accommodations include four queen rooms, on the main floor, one queen guest bedroom and a full bathroom, washer and dryer and half bath on main level. The upper level features two queen rooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower, work space with desk, plenty of lighting and chair at the landing at top of the stairs to work remotely is available for your use.  The upper level has carpet throughout.

The private queen studio located on lower level with vinyl wood planking flooring, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, kitchenette with breakfast bar for two, stove, sink, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, sofa and comfortable chair w side table and private access via stairway from upper deck.  Enjoy your morning tea or coffee on the large covered deck with café table and chairs with extra chairs as well.  The covered lower deck is accessed from the backyard or stairs leading from the upper deck and is situated off of the private queen studio.  The covered lower deck is equipped with ping pong, night lights, small café table and seating for two.

The large, fenced backyard is perfect for yard games, croquet, cornhole and badminton, and small firepit (bring your own wood!) with seating are offered at the home.  Bring Fido and play in the large dog friendly fenced backyard with grass, mature landscaping and trees and plenty of casual seating for swapping stories about your adventures of the day.

Park one car in the garage and plenty of room for bikes, ski and snowboard equipment as well, with ample parking on the driveway, in addition to street parking.

Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is about 25-30 minutes up Century Drive, road bike up Century Drive and mountain bike to Phil's Trailhead.  Easy access to downtown Bend, Oregon.
