This Historic Home has over 2,100 square feet. The newly updated finishes seamlessly blend the historic character and comfortable vibe with modern conveniences for the way we live today. The gourmet kitchen features a huge peninsula eating bar, large Butler’s Pantry, ample counter space and is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances. The french door off of the kitchen/ dining room leads to a private deck overlooking the quaint backyard! The deck has a large BBQ, outside sectional, and dining table to enjoy eating outback during the nice warm summer nights. Excellent for entertaining!

This home has 4 bedrooms, a bonus room and 2.5 baths. The large great room has a new oversized sectional, fireplace and a new 65 inch TV, perfect for watching movies, games and entertaining! The upstairs TV Room has a comfortable couch, chairs and a large TV, perfect for kids or living area for another family!

This charming bungalow is nestled in a quiet mixed residential/ office neighborhood adjacent to downtown Bend. Guests are only a quick 5 minute walk to Bend's popular restaurants, stores, and coffee shops.

Room Descriptions:

Bedroom #1: The Primary Bedroom is located on the main level. It has a fireplace, TV and a private bathroom. It has a king bed and sleeps 2 guests.

Bedroom #2: The 2nd Bedroom is located upstairs off of the Bonus Room. It has high vaulted ceilings and a large closet. It has a queen and sleeps 2 guests.

Bedroom #3: The 3rd Bedroom is also located upstairs off of the bonus room. It is a small room, but has a walk -in closet, 2 twin beds, and sleeps 2.

Bedroom #4: The 4th bedroom is off of the back deck of the home. Please note that guests who are using this room must walk outside onto the deck and into the house in order to use bathroom and other amenities, therefore it's not ideal for small children. This cozy den has a queen bed and french doors onto the deck!

Upstairs TV Room: The Bonus Area is upstairs off of bedroom 2 and 3. It has high vaulted ceilings, a comfy couch, 2 lounge chairs and a Smart App TV. Perfect for kids or another family!

This home was clean, cute and comfy! Functional for a large group. Great location, we walked everywhere (downtown, concerts at Hayden Homes Amphitheater etc). Would highly recommend.

Location was great. Such an easy quick walk to downtown Bend. The street noise was surprisingly minimal. Very convenient that they offered plenty of household supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, etc)The owner was very quick in any communication.

Great Spot to Enjoy Bend!

The home was clean and very well maintained. However it was lacking in simple comrfort. The living room had a very large “U” shapped sofa bed (good for lounging - not sitting) that consumeed about 60% of the limited floor space and one sling type chair that was not safe for anyone over 50. The first floor bedroom was 70% consumed by a king size bed (very good quality) but had no chairs of any sort. The massive dining table also consumed most of its limited space 
 one could not navigate around it when persons were seated. In short, for persons over 60 years 
 we ranged into the 80’s” 
 more comfort focused furnishings would have been appreciated.

Bend Girl trip

First time to Bend! Our family girls trip was a success. The house was cozy, clean and located close to so many fun things to do.. whether it was a short walk or a short drive there was endless amount of beauty to explore! Definitely will be going back!

Great place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! I didn't realize the extra bedroom was off the back patio, my fault for not reading the listing properly, but such a cool house. Had absolutely everything we needed. Games, tons of coffee choices, supplies to do laundry Would def rent it again!!!!!

Lovely family home for gathering

We hit the jackpot on our first Sister Trip to Bend! The home was perfect for meals and relaxing outside on the deck. Location was a few blocks away from family who live locally. Walking distance to many attractions, shopping and eateries. We’re planning to make this an annual event! Kelli was very responsive when we wanted to add an additional day. Thank you!

Cozy stay close to everything

Loved this property - perfect for a family or multiple couples who want their own private spaces. The layout and furnishings of the house are also are quite functional for cooking full meals, gathering to watch a movie or play a board game. And there are 3 TVs, including a separate upstairs den which is great for kids to have their own area to hang out. The historical architecture of the house is charming with lots of amenities to make sure your stay is comfortable and cozy. The property is on a quiet street in a cute neighborhood, but still walkable and close to everything. The fenced yard is also great if you have a pet. The host makes the property super inviting. Would stay again!

Annual fam trip

We chose Bend as our annual fam trip this year. It was wonderful. This house is walking distance to all the good breweries, shops and the deschutes. We paddleboarded down the deschutes and popped over to a bearby lake for multiple days of outdoor fun. We are all tired and sore. This set up worked well for our family. The AC was a plus in the smoke!

Celebration weekend


We wanted to be close to downtown and the river, this was the perfect location. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 small dog. There were a few maintenance issues, not surprising for house built in 1925, but Kelli got back to me the immediately. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well equipped. Bring coffee if you need a cup early or there are great coffee shops close by
they don’t open until 7a which was late for our group. We enjoyed our stay.

Our home is over 100 years old and has many of the original details still intact, yet we have added modern conveniences for the way we live today. The home is a very special and unique home and made it on Bend's Historic Registry! With only a 5 minute walk to downtown, the location doesn't get much better!
