Welcome to our stylish and contemporary home, perfect for your group or family trip. The interior design and layout is modern and spacious with all conveniences you could want.

The kitchen features a retractable glass roof and is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a wine cooler and a fresh bean coffee machine.

The double rooms are absolutely beautiful. Each room built-in wardrobes and terrace. Two rooms come with ensuites, with the master bathroom having a bath and shower.

The area has lots of great restaurant and bars all within walking distance of the front door.

Excellent House and Host

We really enjoyed staying in the multi-floor, family-friendly property. The house had great privacy and in a quiet part of London. It was great for sleeping with the windows open and enjoying the weather. The common area was comfortable and great for spending time together. The property was clean and modern.

It was clean, modern, roomy, comfortable, and a great location. Close to the overground train and right on a bus route. There were several small restaurants within feet of the house. I would stay there again. It was me, my husband and three twenty-somethings staying there...we all really liked it.

Great Property - Terrific Property Owner

Absolutely loved this property. It was spacious to house our family of 8 and very modern. Amee the property owner was extremely quick to answer us back with any questions we had. The property had some amazing smelling flowers too so every time we walked into the gate the beautiful smell of flowers welcomed us. Definitely recommend! Thank you for the amazing stay.

Amazing Place

This property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room and clean as a whistle. The location is phenomenal. Walking distance to all kinds of eateries and sights. Everybody felt safe as the security is terrific. The owner, Amee, is a great communicator and easy to contact. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good location, easy to get around. Very nice property, nice bedrooms and baths. Better instructions as to how to get to property would be required, as well as how to operate the 3 ovens and the coffee machine. Cleanliness in the kitchen was a bit lacking. Towels, dish towels, toilet paper supply could be imroved. Wifi good on ground floor, but did not work at all on upper floors.

Not Luxury

The best thing about this property was its location. Many good restaurants and small grocery stores were in walking distance. The property was very spacious both indoors and out. It was a very safe and secure property. The host was quick to communicate.Our group consisted of 3 couples staying 1 week at the property. One couple is a host for both Airbnb & VRBO properties; they along with the other 2 couples have a certain expectation for a property that is advertised as “luxury”. The amenities for this property were lacking: zero or few essentials i.e. salt & pepper, water glasses, dish cloth to wipe kitchen counters, laundry soap, paper products (one roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels), hairdryer in only 1 bathroom. We would be OK with these things had we known about the ahead of time; we had to do a lot of the supplemental shopping taking away our vacation time. We could have weighed the inconvenience against the cost of the property.Cleanliness in areas was questionable (wet & dirty towels in one of the kitchen cabinets). The days were extremely hot with only one standing fan in the house. Two of the bedrooms had desk size fans which did nothing to cool. Parking is not available on site, so if you need to park a car, be very specific of your needs to the host so he can work it out in advance.

London Headquarters

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The place is as advertised. Nice, large, easy in and out. Great set up for all to relax after all day touring and seeing the sights of London and environs. We didn’t use the kitchen much so can’t comment and the coffee maker was a little too complicated for drip coffee drinkers from the U.S. Floras Cafe just 3 minutes away was the perfect spot for morning lattes and oat flat whites to go. We had a little trouble with hot water in the shower of the top floor master bathroom but days were hot during our stay so temperature of the water didn’t matter much. Temperature in the other three bathrooms was fine. We could have used more towels although the place comes with a washer/dryer. We ran hard all over London, long days, including experiencing all day at Wimbledon using The Queue for admission. None of us felt like washing clothes at night. Amee was a wonderful host!
