Highly recommend!

The vacation rental was perfect. It has all the space three different bathrooms. It has a really nice pool and a very big kitchen they give you breakfast and the breakfast was so good. This vacation rental is definitely worth it especially if you have kids.

Really nice home.

This house has all the room you need. The pool is pretty awesome. Niece came to stay a couple days to go to universal studios. Great location for a lot of things. Visiting the town center is a must. Close to a lot of stores. If I come back to the area I will choose it again.

Perfect home for our visit to Disney!

We could not be more pleased with renting this home! It was very clean, cozy, there’s a Walmart, gas stations and restaurants about 5-10 mins from the house. We will definitely rent this property again. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Internet didn’t work the first night we were there, but property manager had it working again quickly once we let them know the issue. Give this property 5 stars!

Nightmare

This experience with this vrbo owner has been a nightmare and ruined our family vacation. The pool was not working or even clean or any pool heat. The internet was not working we thought ok must be the connection so husband being in IT does all his things nothing worked call the internet provider the owner has not paid the bill. So now there is no TV no pool and for sure no pool heat because the pool is not even running and completely disgusting. We have AT&T for our cell Provider and that was not working in the house. Have to walk down the street to call VRBO after reaching out multiple times to the owner with no response. They could also not get the owner on the phone either. Called VRBO again the next morning after packing up and leaving the house because we can’t stay there with no phone service and a 4 year old with no access to anything movies-tv phone service pool nothing. The ad also says free pool heat and free breakfast which is also false advertising because there is NO breakfast not even a mention of a breakfast. We had to find another house to stay in on a Saturday that we were supposed to be enjoying Disney. VRBO got in touch with the owner Saturday 4/6/24 said they would refund us. It is now Sunday 4/13/24 and there is still no refund. I have all the pictures and videos as well as all of the “correspondence” with this owner and I have never encountered anything like this. I am also not one to leave reviews but I would not wish this experience on anyone.
