We were surprised by the four‑star rating, especially since everything seemed to go smoothly during the stay, and we extended a late checkout without charge. Just to clarify for future guests: the pet fee was charged in advance, as noted in our listing, to cover additional cleaning needs such as removing dog hair from bedding and duvets. Family time near the lake.

Maria was friendly and communicative. The house is well furnished and exhibits tasteful decor. Five of us stayed at the house, and we were able to link up with other family members for some fun at Lake Cascade.

Perfect Adventure Getaway!

This cozy house provided us everything we needed to explore all the wonderful things there are to do near Donnelly. Just minutes away from Tamarack and other great biking/hiking trail systems. Cascade Lake is right there too for the water lovers. The house itself was exactly what the owners promised. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and roomy. There was just the 2 of us on this visit, but it would be ideal for 2 or 3 couples or a family get away. The communication with the owner was fantastic and arrival and departure went perfectly. We can’t wait to book again for some winter adventure!
