A newly renovated mid-century house next to Southside Park with plenty of space for the family while visiting family, friends or looking for affordable option for visiting Cody, Wy (30 minute drive). The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances, dining room, family room and living room with space for all, as well as outdoor area with patio furniture and BBQ to enjoy the summer weather. It is located right next to Southside Park for plenty of space for kids to play.

The house was clean and stocked with your basic needs. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Liked the neighborhood; quiet, recreation and picnic park next door and close to town.

We enjoyed the stay. Very quite area. My sister in law step off the step, from the living area to the den area. Maybe a night lite in the step area would be of get help do to the dark flooring.

Beautiful house, very quiet neighborhood... very relaxing to come home to after a long hot day at the park county fair.... would definitely rent this property again....

Great place in Powell

Stayed here for a family gathering for a high school graduation. The house is very spacious and has all you could need. Communication with owners was quick and easy. An odd smell was a concern, owner assured us it would be investigated.

Great place to stay while visiting our NWC student

Clean and comfortable home. We have stayed here a few times while visiting our son who goes to school at NWC. We will be back.

Stay for Son's wedding

Everything was fine. With the dark linoleum used for the floor, you need to put some type of tape where it steps down. I had a near mis by the kitchen.

We really enjoyed this home! Very clean and well furnished. We were quite comfortable and happy. I accidentally left a pair of earrings behind and they were very gracious and mailed them back to me. I'd definitely stay here age in!

Very clean and looked exactly like it did in the listing. Amazing little yard. Beautiful flowers. We had everything that we needed and enjoyed our stay. This was the first time that I had not stayed in a hotel and had a great experience. May never be able to stay in a hotel again. Thank you!
