Maison De La Royal! Penthouse! 7 pâtés de maisons du quartier français

Bienvenue dans notre spacieux penthouse A. K.A. Maison de la Royal. Situé dans le Faubourg Marigny est une communauté de 200 ans, APA a voté l'un des meilleurs quartiers en 2009. Ce joyau caché, remonte au milieu des années 1800 situé sur la rue historique Royal à seulement 7 pâtés de maisons du quartier français. C'est un spacieux 3,622 pieds carrés avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes.

Comme vous faites votre chemin à l'étage "c'est le deuxième étage entier" et dans le salon qui dispose d'une télévision grand écran 71 ", canapé, causeuse, canapé-lit queen size, bar tiki pour divertir. Les portes françaises vous mènent au patio serein où vous pourrez profiter des sons des cloches des églises voisines et des klaxons des bateaux à aubes sur la rivière. Il y a amplement d'espace pour se détendre et se détendre avec des sièges pour 12

La chambre principale a un lit king size, sol en marbre, ventilateur de plafond, 2 walk-in avec amplement de tiroirs, TV à écran plat, cheminée pour les nuits fraîches de la ville, salle de bain principale avec douche, sol en terrazzo, baignoire, comptoirs en granit, peinture murale de l'un des artistes de Blaine Kern de 1961. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, beaucoup de cuisine et ustensiles de service; table pour 8 personnes.

Laveuse et sécheuse à pleine charge, y compris le fer et planche à repasser sont dans la buanderie. Le couloir menant aux trois autres chambres et deux salles de bains, sont bordées de photographies locales pour votre plus grand plaisir. La deuxième chambre a un lit superposé confortable double, avec placard, ventilateur de plafond et TV. La troisième chambre a deux lits doubles, deux walk-in et une télévision à écran plat. Notre quatrième chambre a 4 lits queen size affiche, walk-in, cheminée électrique, TV à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et salle de bain complète. La pièce arrière à la propriété est meublée avec une table de ping-pong, jeu de fléchettes, 3 canapés confortables et 2 chaises ... pour vous de sortir ou d'avoir une petite compétition amicale.

Absolument AUCUN ANIMAL n'est autorisé en aucune circonstance. Le propriétaire est allergique.

Notre maison est NON-FUMEUR, cependant, il est autorisé à l'extérieur sur le patio seulement.

I travel a lot- this was my fifth time at Mardi Gras and I have to say this is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in!!!! The hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. House is super spacious with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. To top it all off the location is unbeatable!!! Very central and walkable to all the best party spots, bars and restaurants. Stay here, and you’ll be so glad you did!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is large with a very nice master bathroom including his and her walk in closets. There was a second smaller master bedroom with it's own bath and three other bedrooms shared a bathroom. The beds were very comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, coffee cups, plates, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, garbage bags, etc. The the hosts provided some coffee and some snacks. The location has plenty of street parking and about a 10 minute walk to Frenchman street. A nice wine shop is walking distance too as well as a couple of restaurants and bars.The host quickly responded to any questions and were hospitable, allowing us to keep luggage there after checkout if we needed.The only slight complaint is the train that comes through at times during the night. Although, that's a problem of all the houses to stay east of Frenchman street. And, the hosts were thoughtful enough to leave foam earplugs.Overall, I was very happy with the stay and would recommend it.

Fantastic place for a family vacation

We vacationed here with our adult "kids" and it was the perfect place to hang out and spend time together when we weren't exploring the city. This condo was every bit as spacious and nice as it looks in the pictures. The dining table seats 8 and there was plenty of seating in both living spaces, along with a ping pong table. Everything was ready when we arrived and the host responded to questions quickly.

Great Stay

Great house with all the amenities you could want. The owners, Michael and Erika, are very attentive and went "above and beyond" to make sure our stay was exceptional. Would definitely rent from them again. Quick walk to the French Quarter and fun local neighborhood bars and restaurants.

A Ten-Star Stay

A Ten-Star StayThe house, the furnishings, and the location were all great and even better than advertised. The caring snd communication with Michael and Erika made us feel like we were staying with family. The location felt very safe. Family members ran every morning and many walked to and from the French Quarter.

Great location, fantastic hosts, would stay again!

We had a great time at Maison De La Royal in New Orleans. The location was great, close to great music and a quick walk to the French Quarter. The owners were helpful with any questions we had, and also gave us great recommendations! Don't think twice about renting this penthouse.

Awesome property!

We loved Michael and Erika’s place! Perfect place to say for our NOLA trip to see Taylor Switft! Very clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. We loved the living spaces and patio! Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend this property! We were able to walk to a lot of places within 20-30 minutes. Overall great place to stay!

Nicer than Expected

The place was very nice and clean. One note that everyone in the group mentioned when we arrived, which was that the stay was much bigger, brighter, and nicer than what the photos posted showed. We were pleasantly surprised when arriving and we had a great stay. Additionally, the spent a good amount of time in the outside area as it was cooler than usual the weekend that we stayed. The host was very accommodating and the area was very nice only being a quick 5 minute walk to coffee/breakfast. Frenchman street is also a walkable distance.

Hidden Surprise

This place is really great. Lots of room. Close to bars and shops and fun things todo. Hosts check in frequently to see if we needed anything. We will be back.

Michael moved to New Orleans in 1978, planted some roots, & calls Nola home. He Speaks Spanish, Italian, some Greek, & English.
Erika is a born & raised New Orleanian, who’s spent much of her life enjoying her city's famous cuisine, art, culture, music, festivals, and all that it has to offer. Both are happy to share their home & city with you.

Location, Location! We just love to hear church bells and the paddlewheel horns while sitting on the patio. We enjoy the convenience of walking to French Market, French Quarter, Frenchmen St., shopping, restaurants, coffee shops & bars. You are close enough and yet away from all the hustle & bustle of the F.Q. There are also the nostalgic street cars you can hop onto at Elysian Fields and St. Claude or the one across from the French Market. This is European style living within an American city.
