This newly furnished 1 bedroom apartment, located in Marina Del Rey near the Pacific Ocean, offers a cozy and comfortable living space. It is conveniently situated near popular tourist destinations like the Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, and the Venice canals, as well as local hot spots such as the Marina, the A frame, Sunny Spot, and Abbott Kinney. Additionally, the apartment is only 4.5 miles from LAX airport. The area boasts a variety of good restaurants, beautiful views of boats.

We had a most enjoyable stay in this impeccably clean,comfortable and well stocked apartment and we gave it 5 stars although we felt there were two issues that needed to be addressed , one was the badly chipped bath which, in fairness , we found out was being attended to. The other problem was the badly designed bedroom blinds which did not afford sufficient privacy.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. John, the owner, was very responsive. The place was clean and it fit our needs while visiting our son. John did a great job giving picture instructions in accessing the condo. It is a little confusing at first.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Had all amenities needed including washing machine and dryer. Heated pool and well equipped exercise facilities were also very nice. Overall highly recommended.

Loved this location. Grocery store next door - easy drive to airport, Venice beach, Santa Monica, etc. perfect space to relax in and have a home cooked meal or pack picnic lunch for a day at the beach. John was an excellent host & very accommodating. Highly recommend this accomodation.
