Please note: This is an older home with visible signs of wear and tear. While we strive to keep it tidy and comfortable, the home is not modern, and certain areas have permanent stains and signs of age that cannot be improved at this time. If you are expecting a spotless, newly updated, or pristine property, this may not be the right fit for you.

The downstairs area includes a ping pong table for casual fun.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• Pets are allowed upstairs only (see pet policy below).

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed on the top floor only, with a maximum of 2 pets. A $169 cleaning fee ensures the space remains allergen-free for future guests, including those with severe pet allergies. Violation of this policy (e.g., pets downstairs) will result in emergency cleaning fees and fines.

Additional Details:
• Air mattress available in the downstairs linen closet; extra linens provided upon request.
• Please note there is a train nearby, and train noise may be heard during your stay (50m away).
• Two exterior cameras are in place for security and to monitor guest numbers.
