Lovely home

We stayed here over a long weekend because it was just 8 minutes away from our wedding venue, Running Mare. Great property and great host! We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year staying at this home and it remains the perfect spot for a family getaway. The house was clean and had all supplies needed for a long weekend. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was very easy. Clary even took the time the day after we checked out to mail an item that we left at the house. I hope we will have the opportunity to stay again!

Fantastic Property

We loved our stay at this property! We were in the area for a family function and this house was perfectly located. The house is immaculate and well set up for a family. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay and the setting was beautiful. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

Beautiful home in the woods

A lovely, well appointed, brand new home. Tucked back in the woods for maximum privacy the house is extra spacious.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, immaculate property. It was just as described and was the perfect place to stay for a wedding we attended nearby. It was in a quiet, wooded area. The kitchen was fully equipped and beautifully designed. Gorgeous master bath and large family room. You will not regret a stay at this property!

Grrreat family getaway!

We were visiting family, and this was one of the only listings in the area. What a listing! This house and the host were incredible!! Checkin was a breeze, the house was roomy, immaculate, quiet, and the bathrooms were spotless. We absolutely will stay here again without any hesitation!

Tucked in the woods

Wonderful property right outside of Richmond. We were in town attending at wedding in Maidens, VA at River Run and was very close to the venue. Could not have been more perfect!

Great New Construction Stay

We loved this property overall and when visiting the area again will definitely be staying here. The only small observation/ request we would make would be to have more comfortable furniture in the living space. The couch is narrow and not very loungable. The chair where positioned is at a weird place for the tv. But again these are just observations

If you like quiet, perfect place to stay

Overall the house was in a very good shape, feels like it was brand-new renovated. The space was wonderful, very clean and nothing to recommend. we didn't use the outside area (including the barbecue), but living in the woods was familiar with us. Two little things we like to point out. The equipment of the kitchen is on base side, means if your are on self-service e.g. for cocking there are somethings missing. Last but not least we still missed the caution, after we are already back in Germany our bank account didn't show up that money. Thanks again for the wonderful time, we could have in your house. Had a fabulous time at this property for a week leading up to a wedding at Dover Hall. Clean, comfortable,spacious, and quiet. Had everything we needed and the hosts were exceptionally responsive to any questions. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Our stay was fantastic. The host was very polite and welcoming. The house was very clean. The Kitchen and the living room with fireplace was my favorite. The bed was very comfy and we had no issues with WiFi. The grocery store was about 10 mins away, which is not bad for the area. The home came fully equipped with small appliances, washer and dryer, dishwasher, lots of clean towels, extra blankets, soaps, iron and iron board. A very quiet neighborhood. Thanks for helping make this trip smooth. I would definitely rent here again.
