Enjoy your vacation in our 5 bedrooms on two floors, a cozy living and dining area with an open kitchen that invites you to cook, eat, play or just relax together. Delicious fruits and colorful plants can be found in the garden.

The colorful Villa Anita has 5 bedrooms with king-size, queen-size and double beds and 4.5 bathrooms.

UPPER FLOOR

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a private balcony, large walk-in closet and a bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, bath and shower.

Two identical bedrooms with king-size beds, a large wardrobe share one bathroom with toilet, hand basin and bath/shower.

Ideal for families with children and groups.

LOWER FLOOR

Here is another bedroom with a closet, a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. A little more private for the grandparents or a family friend, for example.

The fifth bedroom is a separate spacious studio with its own entrance, a queen-size bed and a private bathroom.

You can sit together comfortably in the living and dining area. Cook together, plan your trips and just have a good time.

The fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, WiFi throughout the building with a Bluetooth speaker system and a nice rest and smoking area at the back add to the all-round offer.

Guests have full access to the entire property! The colorful Villa Anita offers plenty of space for families and groups. The garden can be used, one parking space is available on the premises and three more in front of the property.

Nice home with high ceilings, bright feel, and great service

Description of the property was very accurate, but, I would suggest a tweak. “Technically” there are 5 bedrooms, w/ 1 bedroom outside the main home, which was likely intended for a staff member, who could have somewhere to rest w/o interfering with the main household. If travelling as a group, the positioning of this room is inconvenient as its locked off from the main house. Listing should read 4 bedrooms + 1 outside room with shower, so it’s clear. Great location, not too far from beaches that were a 7-15 min drive. There were a few stores that were walking distance. Relatively quiet neighbourhood and we felt safe and protected. Property manager, Jana, was a pleasure to deal with. She was there to greet us when we arrived, helped us get settled, friendly, quickly responded to any concerns and made great recommendations for nearby activities. AREAS OF CONCERN/IMPROVEMENT o Maintenance issues (i.e. no hot water for 1st 2 days, jacuzzi not functional for 7/10 days, electrical issues, low toiletries, etc) - when brought to Jana’s attention, they were actioned as quickly as possible, but these are regular maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before our arrival o WIFI issues – WIFI went down for 2 days, not the owner’s fault, but no landline that we could use in case of emergency nor a TV where we could tune into the news. o Other improvements: needs air conditioning, TV & pool. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property.

So we have realized our dream of owning a home with a friend and are now happy to be able to offer this beautiful home to you too. Of course you also support local people who work for us. If you buy fruit and vegetables on the street and not in the supermarket, you support the locals.

We are very easy to reach. Not far from the airport in Montego Bay and very close to Negril's famous 7 Mile Beach. You can walk to the beach, which tends to be rocky in Orange Bay, but there's still plenty to explore. Real Jamaica!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our buinte villa is ideal for large families with friends and groups. The upper floor can be divided, so parents can keep an eye on their children. The room on the lower floor and the studio can be used privately and separately. So everyone has their retreat zone and privacy. All members come together in the garden, in the living room or in the open kitchen.
