Hawaii home - Great for multi-family or groups

This Big Island home is ideal for multi-families or groups that require private sleeping areas but are on the same property. There are three private studio apartments and a main house. Each studio apartment has a full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a kitchen sink, microwave, refrigerator, hot plate, and toaster oven. There is a queen and XL twin bed in each studio. The main house is an open floor concept with a full kitchen, spacious full bathroom, large living area, and a bedroom area. The main house has a California king as well as a queen bed.
The home is at an 1100ft elevation, and air conditioning is unnecessary! The main house has a beautiful Ocean View and gorgeous sunrises. A large Lanai wraps around the house and has plenty of seating for your entire party. Beach equipment is available during your stay (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and coolers). The property has access to the washing machine, dryer, and high-speed internet. Free parking is available for multiple cars.
