Communications

The apt. was clean, comfy, and the area was near a park for walking. Felt safe in the area. The communications with the manager was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Nice little place

It was very clean, a nice little apartment, and appreciated the elevator. The host was very accommodating and communicative, and I appreciated his help with anything that came up and in getting back to me right away! The only issues were that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you, the upstairs neighbor was really loud, and there were people constantly smoking cigarettes and marijuana, so you couldn't leave the windows open and there was no air conditioning in the building. I would give it a 4 1/4 stars if partial stars were available.

Great Place to Stay

I'm an older single female and stayed here while seeing my 1st Great Granddaughter come into the world. I loved staying here because it was a very nice clean place as well as a very safe place. Everything you would need during your stay is provided in the apartment. It wasn't planned for me to stay as long as I did and I extended my stay twice. When it came to contacting my host Ken it was amazing. When I would text him he would respond right away and even on the weekends. If anyone is looking for a nice, safe, and convenient place to stay this is the place I highly recommend this place. I'm hoping when I come back up from Arizona to visit that this place will still be available. Loved it and Thank You So Much, Ken
