Perfect 2-Bedroom Suite in Downtown Saugatuck! (Upper Level Unit)

This newly renovated, upper level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath suite can be rented on its own, or in combination with the other Haven Suites.

Within this unit, you will find an opening living space with smart TV and comfy seating. In the same open space, there is a kitchenette complete with mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster & microwave. You will also find a small table for 2.

Behind the unit, find a private outdoor space complete with seating for outdoor dining and a gas grill.

At the end of your day, sleep well in the king or the queen bedroom, both with new mattresses. All the bedding within the unit is fully cleaned between every guest, including every blanket, comforter, sheet, pillowcase and pillow protector.

Went for an overnight with a friend to Saugatuck. The place was very nice, clean, and walking distance to downtown. Will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It appears to have been recently rehabbed, so everything was new and updated. The location is excellent! We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Saugatuck and a quick walk back to the property. It had a mini fridge and was stocked with things like coffee, creamer, sugar and toiletries in the bathroom. I appreciate the makeup wipes! I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, quiet and convenient!

We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants and just sitting on the patio behind the house with our coffee. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely stay here again!

Birthday Getaway!

This was the perfect place for a getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday with my sisters! We loved the location… so close to shops, restaurants, fun bars and beautiful Oval Beach. The suite was comfy and perfect for 4! We enjoyed the large outdoor patio for coffee in the am! They even added birthday decor to the beautiful planter outside the door! We will be back!

Perfect location in a beautiful quaint town. Very clean and bright inside. Communication was awesome. Seating inside is minimal. Comfortable for two of us, but any more than that not so much. Back patio is a nice surprise with comfortable seating. Very private even though you are literally steps from downtown shopping and dining. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Perfect location, right downtown so you can walk everywhere. Excellent Ladybird restaurant right there for a great start to your day brunch. Wish we could have stayed longer but I messed up when I booked. Totally my fault. Loved the place

Nice place and very convenient location. Only issue is that you can hear everything from the adjoining space. We heard kids running around for hours on end and also a lot of noise late at night from the street and TV in the other unit downstairs.

Girlfriend getaway

A group of us stayed at the Grand for a weekend getaway. The property was perfect! Incredibly clean, well stocked, and right downtown. We were within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, and water. Highly recommend this property, 5 stars!!

Cozy getaway that’s steps away from everything

Great location that allows one to easily walk everywhere in downtown Saugatuck. Dedicated parking spot was very appreciated and avoided any parking stress. The accommodations were very clean and accurately depicted in listing. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

I spent a week in this seemingly new unit! It was spotless and enormous! Communication with the staff was terrific. The bed was perfect. And kitchen accessories were perfect In the heart of downtown. I'm thrilled to have come across this listing. Highly recommend! Having a dedicated parking space was everything!

Great fun.

Everything was good. Like to get information on the little cabins where we stopped to get our key code. The lady there was super nice. There was a crazy car outside we thought we might see Bat Man.

Wonderful place to stay! Great location and pristine

This is a long overdue review, but wanted to share that this is a wonderful place to stay in Saugatuck. Great location just steps away from downtown and the lake. The condo is nicely appointed and extremely clean. Two nice sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. Kitchenette is small but ideal for coffee and preparation of snacks. Staircase to get up to the condo is pretty narrow so that should be taken into consideration if climbing stairs is an issue. A definite five star rating… we would definitely return!
