Welcome to Park City's finest home away from home! This three-story townhouse provides you with the ultimate relaxation spot in the mountains for you, your family, and your friends. Enjoy an unbeatable location within a mile of downtown Park City and all of its great restaurants, stores, and shops, and Deer Valley Resort, and only one and a half miles to Park City Mountain. There is a free shuttle available during the winter to take you to/from skiing at Deer Valley Resort. The array of entertainment opportunities here is endless and there is truly something for everyone!
Upon entering this mountain abode, you will find radiant heated floors right in the entryway. This level hosts one bedroom with carpeted floors, a smart TV, and a convenient en suite bathroom, along with a separate, stackable washer/dryer for your laundry needs.
A carpeted flight of stairs will lead you to the second floor of the home, where the main living space awaits. A gorgeous and spacious open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and exquisite wood accents seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Natural sunlight lits up the living area easily. Spread out comfortably on the sofa in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite series on the smart TV with streaming capabilities. Host entertaining board game nights using the provided board games, or surprise your family and friends with their favorite recipes for dinner using all the equipment in the well-appointed kitchen. There is another bedroom on this level.
The true star of the home, however, is located on the upper level. There is a spacious deck with an in-ground hot tub that will be yours to enjoy the minute you book this property. Spend relaxing evenings soaking in the bubbly hot tub, washing all of your worries and stress away. Another great amenity you will find here is a gas BBQ. The third level also features the primary bedroom, which offers a desk, a TV, direct access to the deck, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. Other perks available include a water softener and whole-home humidifier systems.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
