À la fin du printemps, en Ă©tĂ© et au dĂ©but de l'automne, il y a une grande rampe et un quai devant la maison pour votre plaisir de vous asseoir et de nager. Each year we (a group of cousins along with an aunt and uncle or two) gather over a long weekend for games, shared meals, exploring and much laughter. Anna’s house was unanimously voted the best so far. With its large kitchen and cozy livingroom/ dining area, we were able to all gather together comfortably. The bedrooms were comfortable & sunny w/great views.

We had a wonderful stay. This waterfront property is beautiful. Even though I'm a Maine resident I never tire of ocean views. The home size was perfect for our family of 12. We gathered for an early holiday celebration and really appreciated the open spaces and well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful home appointed with everything a guest needs. Five of us really enjoyed the view, the proximity to downtown Freeport, and the privacy of having our own rooms.One issue: The coffee maker wouldn't work after multiple attempts, a couple of spills, and running a clean cycle.

Our group of longtime women friends had a fabulous time in this beautiful spacious house with lovely views! The outside deck and the floating ( at high tide) dock were great places to gather! The location was perfect, close to town yet private. The kitchen was well supplied and easy for many guests to work in. We would absolutely stay here again! The owners were easy to communicate with! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family gathering of 3 generations. The kitchen is stocked with good cooking gear, dishes, utensils, towels, and napkins. We were invited to use fresh herbs from the lovely garden. Several gathering spots, such as the porch, lower patio, and dock provide places to be together or for one to sneak off for a bit of solitude. The book collection is great. Freeport is just a short drive away and there is a small store/cafe within walking distance. The owners were very responsive to questions and requests.

Fabulous house

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The house is lovely, the location is ideal, and we all can't wait to return again! We had a group of 10 people, and we enjoyed everything about the house, especially the kitchen the fireplace, and the dock. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing location. It was quiet, private, and within driving range of everything. The house was very clean and beautiful. I would 100% recommend this location. I will be definitely be using it the next time i visit Portland.

Gorgeous home and location!!

This is the most gorgeous, family friendly home and in such a beautiful location!!!! We want to live here. We brought 4 kids for a dog sledding trip. House feels remote but is close to town. The main town of Freeport is just a few min away - nice restaurants and shopping (LL Bean flagship store). It was very cold while here and snowed 12 inches but the home was always warm. Very well stocked kitchen. On the water with spectacular views. We can’t wait to come back!! LOVE IT!!

I am one of four brothers and sisters who grew up in the charming village of South Freeport and this home was built for us to gather together a few times a year and for others to rent in between.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the village, the water and the proximity to Freeport and Portland and all the islands of Casco Bay. Freeport has many outlets, and is shopping heaven. Portland is a secret high culture mecca with excellent restaurants, visual arts, music and theatre. Both towns are minutes away.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Using the grill, lolling about on the balcony deck or by the fireplace (wood provided), appreciating nature and the quietness and the pull of the tides. Sitting or swimming from the dock at high tide.
