Beachfront I Full Coastal Contemporary Renovation

Beachfront 2 bed 2 bath condo located in the prestigious gated community of South Seas on Marco Island’s famous Crescent Beach. Full coastal contemporary renovation of the kitchen, baths, and floors. Brand new windows and doors completed in March of 2020. Wood-plank engineered flooring. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Both Keurig and standard drip coffee maker provided as well for all you coffee lovers out there.

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo contains a large master suite with king bed which opens to the spacious balcony. Beautiful walk-in shower in the master bath. Full bed in the 2nd bedroom with a trundle bed that is rolled out next to the bed. Need a couple extra sleeping arrangements than what is seen? No worries as there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Family vacation

Had awesome week on Marco! Loved the stunning view, the beach and shelling, and all the wonderful food options! The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely come back again!!

Beautiful Views....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice clean Condo on the beach with awesome views. If there is one thing I would change it would be the furniture in the living room. But other than that we had a great stay.. Would definitely come back.

Filthy.. AC didn’t work for 2 days..

Condo was filthy, our feet and socks were black after 5 minutes of unpacking. AC was out for two days and we had to call emergency number to walks us through troubleshooting. Very disappointing. We have stayed at many condos in the SS towers and this was by far the dirtiest, least equipped place we have stayed at.. Property management late to respond and offered nothing for compensation or discount. We love Marco Island and the SS towers but this was bad.. really bad.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment war von der Zufriedenheit durchschnittlich. Da im Nebentower Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden, kam es zu einer großen Lärmbelästigung. Aus ihren Unterlagen geht hervor, dass das Apartment professionell gereinigt wurde. Das können wir leider nicht bestätigen. Schmutziges Geschirr, besonders die Bratpfannen und der Backofen waren sehr schmutzig. Die Klobürste und der Bürstenhalter waren sehr unhygienisch.Das Schloss zum Strandzugang wurde plötzlich ausgetauscht ohne uns darüber zu informieren. Haben uns dann an die Verwaltung gewandt die uns sofort einen neuen Schlüssel besorgt hat. Für die Lärmbelästigung während des ganzen Aufenthaltes erwarten wir eine angemessene Entschädigung. Wir hoffen auf ein baldiges Feedback und eine positive Einigung zwecks Entschädigung.M.f.G Familie Bensberg

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decent but in need of some upgrades as far as pots and pans which were so warped that it was difficult to cook anything. If you were boiling water the pan would fall off stove if you walked away. Also the beach equipment is in bad shape some chairs completely broken and wheels kept falling off beach cart. The walk to beach is very long and not good with toddlers. Harborview rentals however were great to work with.
