We had an overall positive stay, largely due to the excellent property manager, who was very communicative, responsive, and professional throughout our visit. The location is great: close to the ski area, spa, and amenities, and not far from restaurants, which made getting around very easy. While the unit itself could benefit from an upgrade, that was not an issue for us.However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival. The kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. Glasses and cups had visible dirt from past use and needed to be washed before use, the counters were quite dirty, and the toilet was especially unclean, including the toilet seat, which we had to clean before using. This was unexpected and detracted from our first impression. We were also concerned about the condition of the shared amenities. The pool change rooms had visible mold, and the gym had multiple beams that appeared rotten, along with very poor air quality. Additionally, the lifeguard did not intervene when another guest entered the hot tub with an open wound, which was unsettling from a health perspective. These issues seem more related to building management and the condo board rather than the individual property manager, who otherwise did a great job. With improvements to cleaning standards and common-area maintenance, this could be a much better overall experience.
