WOW. This home is large and central to all things ATL! Boasting 5 bd. and 4 full bathrooms, three level living, and 2 FULL MASTERS. Close to Little Five Points, Avondale Estates, Belvedere Park, EAST LAKE GOLF CLUB, Several parks, not far from ATL's famous Beltline, FOX BROS. BBQ, SO many good restaurants and nearly everything in the city within 10- 15 min. If your looking to host a multi- family gathering or Corporate stay, this is the place for you!

Thanksgiving

The house may sleep 11 however it only seats six. The house could use some maintenance, a deep cleaning, maybe new mini blinds, they were discolored and broken, carpets need cleaning, not just a quick swipe with the vacuum, new linen, especially pillows, and a little more furniture for everyone to be able to have a seat. The outlet that the refrigerator was plugged into didn’t work. We had to purchase an extension cord in order to keep the food in the fridge cold. There only enough towels for five people. The owner might want to visit the property once in while. Overall would not recommend this house. It’s really only setup for 4-5 guests. The rest would have to stand or sit on the floor.

Great location and accomodations

Our recent stay at the house was great! The bedrooms were spacious, each with tvs, and they were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was really quiet. I loved we could control the thermostat and there was shampoo c conditioner, body wash in each bathroom. We had to briefly communicate with the management company and they were very responsive and kind. And after we checked out someone in our party realized they left their keys at the property and the owner mailed them right away.

Perfect Family Getaway

My husband, parents, sister, nephew’s family, and I had the perfect weekend at this beautiful 3 story home. It is very spacious and the perfect property for a large group. The house appeared and smelled clean. It was not “overly decorated” so we never felt cramped or felt there was no room for our stuff. The neighbor was very quiet. One of the neighbors on the side street has a dog that either doesn’t bark or is very well trained. I only knew he was there because I saw him in the yard. Everything about the house is exactly as described in the listing. Jason was very nice to work with. We had no issues but based on his communications with me, I believe he would have acted quickly. We will definitely be booking this property again on our next extended family trip.

Great customer service...house needs some TLC

My four coworkers and I were in town for a conference and like the convenience of East Atlanta to get into the city. PROS- GREAT customer service from the rental agency. They were very responsive. Mattresses were very comfortable along with the bedding. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. CONS- REALLY look at the online pictures. There isn't a lot of furniture in the house (especially the living room seating) or ample storage in most of the bedrooms. There is one small sitting area outside. The kitchen was randomly stocked- 3 wine glasses, 5 coffee mugs. The stove wasn't working but was told that was a town issue that was being addressed. All queen beds had one bath towel provided. King beds had two. There were no extra towels provided in any of the bathrooms. Master bedroom didn't have ceiling fan remote. Couldn't use fan without the light on. Third floor bed is not on a bed frame- the box spring and mattress is on the floor with a wooden frame built around it.

Our Stay

My family and I were able to check-in, and settle into the house easily given the instructions we received from management The house was relatively well maintained and issues brought up in previous reviews were address prior to our arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay at the property again in the future.

Roomy House

Great house, convenient to downtown. We each had a bedroom, the kitchen was well equipped, overall a comfortable stay.

It’s was ok

Definitely a rental property . Needs a deep clean & some maintenance. Beautiful neighborhood - neighbors had the most charming houses & Christmas decor . House was not decorated for Christmas thou . Close to shopping/eating . A little noisy with the planes & sirens. Plenty of parking.

Nice property

Home was very clean and cozy. The only thing I would make customers aware of in the description prior to booking, that this is a non smoking property which was very disappointing because I was informed 2 days prior to arriving.That small piece of information would have changed my booking this property
