Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space, with an open-concept floor plan for togetherness. Stream a movie on the large Smart TV, get cozy with a book by the fire, or enjoy brunch on the patio and hear the birds sing. Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Peaceful paradise

The setting on the river was incredibly peaceful. My wife and I loved sitting there drinking our coffee and watching the river go by. Highly recommend staying here.

The pictures don’t do this justice! In fact, most are misleading. The living area is cluttered and not as spacious as it appears. There is a huge piano that is not necessary. The carpet is stained. The backdoor does not close properly and you have keep it locked to keep it from swinging open. The house significantly leans to one side and messes with your equilibrium. The house was superficially cleaned but it is clear that dusting isn’t a priority. The bedding and towels had hairs still present. Don’t look under the bathroom tub mat. We had ants crawling through the fridge and the sink. The fridge door doesn’t close properly and we learned that the second day when we had to throw out spoiled food. Dead bugs in the window sills and some windows didn’t have screens and you couldn’t open the window in one of the bedrooms because bugs fly in. LASTLY, there are two huge propane tanks on the side of the house and there were times we could smell the propane coming in through the windows. The only thing we liked was the beautiful river and green area behind the house.

Good spot, responsive staff when we had issues. Couldn't figure out the outside lighting but the nights were long so it worked out still to be outside. Nice to be by the river. Appreciated the location for our visit.

The house was perfect for my group of 5. Big enough for us to all have our own space as needed and also big enough for us all to gather in one place as needed. The outside deck in back is FABULOUS. So big with TONS of room to do activities, relax, whatever our hearts desired. Was a great home for our week away!

Perfect views

We wanted to feel like we were in Seattle the whole time so we chose this place based on location. It was so beautiful and the garden was a full bloom. The house was a little small for 5 people but we loved it!

Location is amazing! Beautiful spot on river with a huge deck to enjoy the view and peace and quiet of the river.The house itself is older and furniture could use some updating. But, I suppose, that makes it easier to accept pets.The secure gate was a nice feature.The requirement to get permission to have a guest for dinner was something we haven’t experienced before. Guessing they have had issues with parties in the past?Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

Amazing location on the river

We had a four night stay on the river with kids and a dog. The house had everything we needed and the deck/patio can’t be beat. There is no air conditioning, but there are plenty of fans for airflow. The only bathroom needs some love, the only reason I didn’t give a full five stars in all areas. Vacasa was amazing to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

We were looking for a place convenient to Seattle. Boy, were we surprised!! This place is a true gem. Wonderful location overlooking the Cedar River, with deck access from several viewpoints. So relaxing! The house is gated, plenty of privacy, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, excellent airflow. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pits, pans etc, and there’s a wonderful grilling area out back. So many areas to sit and relax. We were down for a graduation, and we did grill out three times with our family. Lots of fun, and a good amount of wildlife in the river area.
