Venez vivre un séjour luxueux dans une belle maison au bord du lac avec sa propre plage et son quai. Le lac
est frais, clair et propre avec beaucoup de poissons pour la pêche sur votre propre quai privé. Nager
est également l'une des activités préférées tout en restant à la maison. Un pédalo pour 3 personnes est fourni gratuitement pour votre plaisir. La maison est à distance de marche d'un beau parc verdoyant et bien entretenu avec zone de baignade et grande aire de jeux pour les enfants.
Vous trouverez deux chambres, une salle de bain privée avec une cuisine spacieuse, complète avec salle à manger et salon, toutes deux avec vue sur le lac. UNE
buanderie privée avec laveuse et sécheuse de grande taille. Le salon est
meublé avec 2 canapés configurables. Sortez de votre salon sur une grande terrasse pour profiter de la brise fraîche et de la vue sur le lac. Un gril à gaz extérieur est fourni pour le barbecue et la cuisine. Il y a un foyer sur une plage privée
pour une soirée feu de joie avec des amis, la famille ou des associés.
Pour les voyageurs de loisirs, nous sommes au cœur de la ville avec des activités / attractions sans fin dans ou
Villes proches; je. e. golf, ski, patinoire, activités nautiques, activités de montagne, ville
activités, parcs à thème, etc ... Ou vous pouvez simplement vous asseoir sur le pont ou sur le quai, lire des livres et
profiter de la belle vue verte et de la brise fraîche que le lac offre.
Pour les voyageurs d'affaires, nous sommes également très proches de grandes entreprises telles que Weyerhaeuser, Boeing,
Alaska Air, etc. Venez rester comme une maison chaleureuse et confortable loin de chez vous tout en assistant à des entreprises.
Nous sommes à seulement quinze minutes au sud de l'aéroport Sea-Tac et à 20 minutes du centre-ville de Seattle ou
centre-ville de Tacoma. Près de nombreuses attractions, ou suffisamment isolé pour se détendre et profiter de la vue
et des activités sur le magnifique lac pendant quelques jours - en particulier le magnifique coucher de soleil. Plus

Loved our stay at Kathy’s home in Federal Way. It is in between Seattle and Tacoma perfectly and not far to the expressway and access to attractions in the surrounding area.

Kathy's home was a welcome retreat for us. Evenings on the deck watching the sunset on Steele Lake and being able to the paddle boat out on the lake was very enjoyable. The house was very, very convenient to all of the places we needed to be, and will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family. Fruit trees and flowers all around the property enhanced the stay.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament in the area. The listing is accurate and for the price and being on a lake it is perfect. Communication was great and the house had all we needed for the week we were there. You are close to anything you’d need with a bit of tranquility from the lake.

Great little lake house. Quiet location we had fun with the paddle boat, kayaks, fire pit for s’more with a huge park, swimming area close by and friendly coots, ducks and geese came by to visit. The property had many fruit trees which provided sweet snacks. Owner was excellent with communication and very accommodating.

Awesome Stay In a Very Good Property

Our overall stay at Kathy’s property went well and had an amazingly time. From evening banter at the Patio while barbecuing to afternoons paddle boating at Steele lake, it was awesome. Nights were fabulously quiet. Kathy was ann awesome host and felt with our every need. Everything in the house was well kept. Will surely book again in the future when we get a chance to be back!

5 Stars – Great Stay for Work or Play!I stayed here with two of my employees while we were in town for training, and it worked out perfectly! The setup was ideal for three adult women—two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus two futons in the living room gave each of us our own space. It was super clean, cozy, and felt really private, even though the area was active with nearby parkgoers.The location is fantastic—just minutes from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. There’s even a park across the lake, which makes it feel peaceful and scenic without being too far out.Even though we were there for work, I kept thinking how perfect this spot would be for a family getaway too. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Federal Way!

A lovely respite in the midst of where you want to be…

Spain, California and Arizona is where we 3 arrived from to visit our old stomping grounds. What a delightful stay we enjoyed on Steele Lake. A cozy and clean waterfront home

The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is beautiful and feels private while still being near shopping and entertainment. We were here for a swim meet at the Weyerhaeuser Aquatic Center and the house was a nice short drive away.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Federal Way! The home is clean and simple. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. We were able to drive to all the national parks in Washington as well as enjoy sightseeing in the city.

We were so pleased how CLEAN the place was. The fragrance was a little too strong but we appreciated the cleanliness. The porch and dock could use some maintenance or replaced eventually but everything else was perfect

Great Vacation House

We had a great time at the Steel Lake cottage. It was comfortable and Kathy was very attentive to our needs. It was a convenient location and only a short 30 min drive into Seattle. The playground across the lake was wonderful for our kids. Would stay there again.

We operated this property - along with property 7081394 or vrbo, property 171816 - with highest standard in all areas: cleanliness, comfort, view, relax, enjoyment and most of all with integrity. We had great reviews but due to our busy schedule, we stopped operating this property. We just now open it again for you to come and enjoy what a great life is about. New oven, new washer, new dryer, new gas grill, new furniture. Guests have the quiet of lake and park with all conveniences city provides.

Entire house - fenced and gated. Lake front. Great view of lake and park across the lake. Lots of flowers. Having private deck, and private dock. Out door gas grill. Paddle boat provided. Large and well kept park with settings for both adults and children. Fresh water beach near by - although you can jump directly from your own dock into fresh clean lake water. Fish. Wild life. Walking distance to park and to bus.
