Very pleased with the stay.

We like the Catalina Foothills area of Tucson. We liked the landscaping around this condominium complex and its location. It is very well kept. The condo unit was very clean and kept nice. We will look to staying here again when back visiting Tucson.

Property was nice and location ideal. Easy access and liked the covered parking. Beds were comfortable, bathroom nice. Kitchen fair- wished for sharper knives and little more modern cookware, otherwise a very good place. Would definitely stay there again.

Tucson Beauty

Beautiful views from this Tucson condo as well as a well maintained condo property. We enjoyed the pools and the tennis/pickleball court. The staff was very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay.

In town for a wedding

My friend and I were bridesmaids for our friends wedding (they live in the Tuscon area). We flew in from IL and booked only going off the listing which can be deceiving at times. We loved the condo. No issues getting in. Good communication from Vacasa. It’s adorable, spacious, beautiful Mountain View from a private screened in balcony. We didn’t have a car, but one space was designated for us. We didn’t use the kitchen with rehearsal and the wedding we didn’t have time to cook. I would definitely recommend the condo to anyone and everyone. Sometimes working with company vs private owner is challenging but everything was smooth for us. Looking forward to hopefully returning one day.

Tricky Check In/ Not for Elderly

We booked 2 nights with short notice- not paying attention that the listing was managed by a 3rd party and not a home owner. While driving from airport, we realized we did NOT have check-in instructions. They wanted our rental car make and model- and once we had a car- I sent that in. We called a number with the listing and were on hold over 30 Minutes. When a Vacasa agent finally came on the line- he needed a copy of my drivers license and other nonsensical items to verify my identity. Finally we got a code to access the unit- which I had already paid for. The experience was SO off putting. I will not book any properties in the future that are managed by a 3rd party/ call center. Following the stupid check in hassle,I kept getting texts from Vacasa asking me about check in and cleanliness and when we would be checking out. It was intrusive. The condo was clean and comfortable but the steps to access it are STEEP and it would not be safe or practical for anyone elderly to stay here. In addition, the primary bedroom’s toilet and shower combo is XXS. Like 1950s motel tiny. The neighborhood is nice and safe. But the pool and hot tub area were small and crowded.

Catalina condo long weekend

Loved our stay!! This is our 2nd time staying in this condo complex. Great views of the Catalina mountains! Back balcony patio beautiful sunrise views and super comfy patio furniture!! Condo well stocked and very clean. We’ll be back for sure!! Thank you!

We were at this property for 10 days. In the online listing, it does show a picture of the second bedroom with two single beds. However, the listing states that there are two double beds or full beds and that is not the case.

Spectacular location and property!

My parents and I stayed during the last half of January 2024 and cannot say enough good things about our visit. Very clean, flawless communication during booking, check-in, and check-out, amazing views of the foothills from living room, screened patio, and master bath, just 1.5 miles to grocery, Starbucks, several restaurants, 20 mins by car to Tucson Mall, and easy access to 14-mile trail right off the property. We’ll definitely book again if we’re in the area!

Fantastic stay

My family had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays. The views are incredible and the location is excellent - grocery store, etc. a short drive away and the gorgeous Ventana Canyon hiking trail right outside the door. The place was clean, comfortable and had most everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The pool and hot tub were very nice and easily accessible. We would happily stay here again!
