This is a brand new fully furnished 2 story house in the woods! Construction will be finished in April and will be ready to accommodate guests at the beginning of May! It’s beautiful, modern and very peaceful. There are 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. There are full bathrooms on both levels of the house. It is located directly in the snowmobile and 4 wheeler trails and there is plenty of parking available!

Myself, and 6 friends rented this beautiful home for a long weekend full of atv riding, and dining in this beautiful corner of the Adirondacks. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations, the location, the modern amenities, and the gracious host, Nicole, whom we didn’t meet, but was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely return soon, and highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay while we rode the snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for the trucks and trailers, right on the trail, and the house was spacious and clean.

Great weekend in Brantingham!

The house was perfect! Clean, spacious and the hosts were very responsive. Perfectly located close to the Coachlight and Pine Tree. Very clean! Definitely recommend the place and we will be back!

We had the pleasure of staying in this home in the Adirondacks- it was incredibly clean, well furnished and very private. It was convenient to the event we were attending in the area. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting that area!

Lowville Visit

Beautiful property, very nicely set up for two couples. Provided space to spread out. All questions were answered by the host immediately and she left some nice touches throughout. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion would be to replace the outdoor furniture so one could enjoy the lovely firepit outside.

We rented this for the extended President’s Day Weekend. The description was completely accurate and exceeded our expectations. This is a modern rental but gives you the comforts of home feel. Our family and the family that joined us couldn’t get over the comfort of the beds and the little details throughout the property. We can say without a doubt we look forward to renting this property again!

Modern house in Brantingham

This property is newly constructed and is off the road surrounded by woods. It is on the trail system so easy access to the Tug Hill trails and close to restaurants. The house itself is beautiful with an open concept in the living room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs while there is a living room, foosball table and another bathroom downstairs. The host was very responsive when we had questions about how to turn on the heat. The house is also stocked with snacks and all the necessities needed for the kitchen. We also had three deer strolling through our property at least three times while we were there. Overall we had a great weekend. The accommodations were just as they described, and our experience was awesome.

This is our second stay at this Vrbo. We use it for our annual four wheeling trip, when we have 3-4 guests. The house is off the main road and only has one neighbor at this time. You can fit two trailers and two trucks in the driveway with no issue. When you first walk into the house, there is a huge mudroom so your helmets and any muddy, boots, jackets, etc. can be taken off right at the door and hung up, which is very accommodating. There is also a bathroom when you first enter so you can use that to clean up before you go upstairs to the main level, which is where the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and another bathroom reside. It is a very open floor concept. It is very clean and there is always treats in a basket for you, or Keurig cups and all the coffee condiments that you would need. We enjoy this place. The host is accommodating and quick to respond.
