The Space:
As you step inside, you'll immediately feel at home in the cozy and well-appointed living space. The apartment's interior has been thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and functionality during your stay. The apartment boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. The second bedroom, also furnished with 2 queen-sized beds, provides a relaxing space for additional guests. Guest Access:
Guests will have access the entire 2 level unit and the outdoor balcony. Please be respectful to the neighbors when being outdoors. There are exterior stairs to enter the unit, and a set of interior stairs in the unit to the 2nd floor bedrooms and the bathrooms.

There is keyless entry to enter the unit. I will provide you with the door code 9 am the day you check in. The property is protected by Ring Doorbell Security.

Please be advised, we have a locked mailbox so if you mail anything to the property it may end up in the locked mailbox. We will not have access to the mailbox, so we advise to either not ship items there or to please add "leave at door" to your delivery instructions. We are not responsible for any items guests have shipped to the home.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.

We provide a personalized house guide for your convenience and enjoyment which has information about the home and the area as well as suggestions and recommendations for your stay.
