The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing under the open sky, featuring a fire pit for cozy evenings, a BBQ grill for casual meals, and plenty of room to gather and unwind. Surrounded by the stunning red rock landscape, this space invites you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the peaceful desert setting.

From morning coffee to stargazing at night, the outdoor areas offer a true extension of the home's living experience.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Inside, the home features a bright and open-concept layout designed for comfort and ease. The spacious living area is centered around a cozy fireplace and offers plenty of seating, making it the perfect place to relax, watch a movie, or spend time together. Smart TVs throughout the home ensure entertainment is always within reach.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need — from cookware and bakeware to small appliances — making it easy to prepare meals, entertain, or simply enjoy a quiet night in.
With all-new furnishings and thoughtful design throughout, the home feels fresh, welcoming, and effortlessly functional.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled to create a restful and relaxing environment. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a calm, inviting atmosphere ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer queen beds and are designed with comfort and simplicity in mind.

For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a pull-out sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate extra guests while maintaining flexibility for groups and families.

LOCATION
Located in the heart of West Sedona, this home offers unbeatable convenience with easy access to everything the area has to offer. You're just minutes from hiking and biking trails, scenic viewpoints, golf courses, and some of Sedona's best dining and shopping. Whether you're exploring the red rocks or enjoying a night out, everything is within close reach. At the same time, the home maintains a peaceful residential feel — giving you the perfect balance of accessibility and retreat.

House Rules:
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
