The house was beautiful, with a gorgeous view!! I’ve stayed in countless rental properties and I’ve very rarely ever stayed somewhere so incredibly clean and well kept. The only tiny issue was a slight lack in communication. On our last night, I contacted the owner to ask if a late check-out was possible but never received a response. I tried again on the morning of check-out, but again, never heard back. Otherwise an ideal place to stay. I definitely intend to stay again, highly recommend.

I apologize that there was a lack of communication in regards to the late departure, but we also hope you understand that this was the week of film fest and we had an extremely busy week with same-day departures and same-day arrivals. This was the perfect location, a great place with amazing views. The management was attentive in making sure your experience was the best it could be. Close to shops and many great trails.

Beautiful view

Property was great. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The only detractor was the noise of traffic from the road. The view from the very large balcony makes up for it.

Wedding stay

The house is beyond beautiful and in an amazing location! The views from the patio deck are breathtaking, it looks like a painting! The house was spacious for a beauty team to come and do bridal hair and makeup for my wedding. We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend to anyone! The owner Jared is very friendly and communicates quickly! Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely stay again. ☺️

Gorgeous Property and View

We did love this home! We chose it because of the view of the mountains from the deck, it was stunning! This was our first visit to Sedona so looking at the monuments (mountains) every night during sunset was worth every penny. The house is spacious with lots of windows to view the scenery around the natural setting. Close to town and lots of hiking trails. The owner was great to communicate with, even left a very comprehensive guide of things to do, see and eat, which we used! My only negative comments were that several lights were not working, the blinds in the master bedroom were missing slats and the tv remotes needed batteries., alol lvery fixable for the next guest. Would we stay again, yes.

Fabulous property

We stay in a lot of these types of properties in various parts of the world and this one was exactly as described. It was clean, well stocked, organized and extremely comfortable. Best sleep ever in very comfortable beds. Great location, fabulous view and just a pleasurable experience all around. Loved it and would highly recommend. The email communication was great. Jared responded almost immediately to my questions and was very communicative. Perfect getaway for 3 nights in a beautiful city.

Stunning views!

You can enjoy the stunning views from the back deck and every room in this home. The home is exactly as pictured, spacious and well appointed. There are two ensuites, the master with a generous walk in shower. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, paper products, coffee and filters. I’m a stickler for clean, and the house did not disappoint. You will not be bothered by close neighbors but it is in an area of multimillion dollar homes. It is just a short drive to Sedona. Be prepared for traffic on weekends and the HEAT! The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries. My only suggestion would be a grab bar in the shower for us seniors. We loved Sedona, the awe dropping scenery, and being able to return to this lovely home and air conditioning, to relax!

Such an amazing home

From the moment we arrived, this place was spot on. Absolutely gorgeous views of the red rocks! The home was very well was taken care of and clean. Jared left a full binder of recommendations to restaurants nearby, hiking trails, and any info about the house. There were a ton of amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, curling iron, hair dryer, first aid, among many others. The kitchen was well stocked and provided everything necessary for cooking/cleaning. My 3.5 year old loved this place as well! The house is very safe and appropriate for a toddler. The neighborhood was quiet while also being close to all the restaurants and shops. It was about a 5 minute drive with traffic included. We could not have asked for a better experience for our first trip to Sedona! If you’re looking for something with beautiful views, perfect neighborhood, and an easy drive to uptown Sedona, this is definitely the place. Thank you Jared for setting us up with such an amazing place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly located and has everything that you might need. Jared was extremely responsive with any questions that we had prior to stay and everything went so smoothly we didn’t need to contact him during our stay. Last but definitely not least - the view is STUNNING! Thank you for providing the perfect spot - we won’t forget our time in Sedona!
