Excellent

EDWIN was a great host, and the guest room was was better than you could ever hope for. So clean, and well appointed, with a comfortable and updated vibe! He was very considerate to help me with my luggage and suggestions for sightseeing. The area is very good, not too far from good food choices, Wal Mart and even thrift stores, yet completely quiet and peaceful. I had never been to Seattle, and it was so beautiful, I am thinking about going back as soon as I can. Mt Ranier as a backdrop added so much to the trip too!

Will stay there every trip to Federal Way

My kids get to visit me there and we watch movies on the TV, Netflix and we play outside (there are other children in the neighborhood running around). It is very clean and a nice place, nice room and a very comfy bed. Next to the stores and barnes and noble lotsa walking places. Edwin is great!

Super clean! And welcoming.

2nd time I stayed at Edwin’s and probably not the last he’s a great person and he doesn’t bother he’s always willing to help out. He even let me have my children over for like 13 hours we had a great time and he was encouraging about it. My children live in the area and we enjoyed walking around the lake and playing and even watching his Netflix.

Peaceful stay

Mr Edwin is cordial and very hospitable.. His home is clean, inviting. Lovely view of the nearby lake. Quiet neighborhood. Tons of nearby stores and theaters, plazas galore! Great stay.

Clean, friendly and quiet

Mr Edwin was very inviting and ensured I was comfortable, safe and welcomed. He was friendly throughout the visit. Very personable. The space was squeaky clean. I had a restful evening..
