This is a wonderful place and stay. Lots of communication and the house we in great condition. The outdoor space was awesome and having a fire pit was a highlight for the kids.

If you’re in town for a day or two house is close to everything Durham has to offer. Owners are very nice and quick to respond.

Inside was clean and comfortable, check in was easy. Only thing I would say is the backyard needed some TLC. Other than that, great stay!

Perfect for a Cozy Weekend

Thank you to our hosts for such a great stay. The property was clean, cozy, and just like the pictures. (We loved the fire pit!) The hosts were communicative, left us easy to follow instructions, and made us feel welcome. Would stay here again!

Duke visit

This was fine for our 3 night stay to drop granddaughter off for a conference at Duke. On our last night there was a storm that brought a lot of rain so we did have some water bugs show up which was a bit unsettling for three women who don’t like bugs but other than that it work good for what we needed.

Great Place!!

The house is wonderfully clean and welcoming! We were truly surprised with the amenities!! The house had all kinds of extras we did not expect. We felt safe in the home. The internet worked and the TV was logged into Disney which was cool!! The lighting was good, both interior and exterior. The directions for check in/out were clear. Communication with the host was very responsive! The water was hot and the towels were plentiful! The sheets were crisp and clean! I’d stay here again!

Not a place for kids of the 20 centery

Disappointed. The kids were in misery. Housekeeping issues: DIRTY oven, dirty pan inside of the oven. Dirty refrigerator and freezer both consistiing of food. Ants in the kitchen and dining area. Entertainment: One TV! Location of the home.

Your perfect home away from home awaits!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the chill vibe our home has. As soon as we walk in we always feel at home and relaxed. This is our second home, not just an investment, so we have made our best effort to supply everything that we need when we are visiting. We love watching the sun come up on the front porch and relaxing in the evening on the back deck. The neighborhood is a quiet residential community and the neighbors love walking their dogs or just getting exercise throughout the day. They always wave making us feel welcome whenever we visit. We hope you enjoy our home away from home and feel the same way that we do when we are visiting. We often hate to leave.
