Our family enjoyed our time at this lovely mountain house. We loved the heated pool, the game room and the movie room when we got home from our daily adventures. The electric fireplaces made it so cozy in the rooms and the covered outside porch. Very peaceful up in the mountains yet very close to all the activities and restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Erik was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We would love to stay here again if in the area in the future.

Truly enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful property. Photos and descriptions are TRUE no misrepresentation. Also, we had a bonus.....a visit from Smoky the bear . We will certainly be back because there's so much to see and do.

Eric was wonderful! He was quick to respond with concerns. The property was all that was listed, our grandchildren loved the pool, playground, theater room, and game room! Plenty of cooking utensils, crockpot, pots and pans. We are a family who love to cook, and share dinners together, so we purchased dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags, but unfortunately forgot to purchase dish sponges ( one provided was not enough). The mid-stay garbage pick up was a life saver! Thank you Eric for reaching out!!!! If you are a large family looking for an amazing place to relax, laugh, sit by an outdoor fireplace (my favorite spot), and be close to NP, and Dollywood this is a good choice! We loved it!

Place was very clean and Erik was very helpful and excellent host. We had one evening of storms and he sent message checking on us and where to locate flashlights and checking that power was restored.

Our family had a wonderful week at this mountain home. Both Dollywood and Gatlinburg are a 15 minute drive. The pictures actually describe the rooms and amenities which are all wonderful. My grandchildren had hours of fun in both the game room and pool and hot tub . The adults enjoyed watching the World Cup games on the front porch by the fireplace . It was a 5 star stay.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was amazing and did not disappoint in any way. Erik was great and we had absolutley no issues at all. The house is seriously loaded, especially the kitchen. The porch is the spot!5 bathrooms plus one in the pool area! The pool is not 3 ft across like i noticed many in the area area. :) This one is to the best of my memory 3.8ft after the steps and I believe its 5.2ft at the other end. AND IT FEELS SO GOOD!The ONLY thing I can recommend for this home is a professionally installed baby gate for the top of the stairs. We thought about buying a old school temporary tenstion gate but i didnt want to risk scaring the beautiful wood post, so we used a bench and a chair at night. The games upstairs and the theater. Wow! For the arcade game I had to google how to change the game. Figure it out as there are hundreds of games. Very nice addition! We loved everything about this place. This GORGEOUS home is amazing!! It is so clean, inviting, cozy, and perfect for a family. It is exactly how it looks from the pictures. It is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the kids swim, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We have been on many road trips as a family, but this VRBO has made it to #1 as our favorite place we have ever stayed on vacation. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Gatlinburg/Pidgeon Forge area. We were provided with instructions, and it was very easy to access. The kids are already asking if we can come back!

Everything was amazing... Plenty of space... Comfortable, homey.... The kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub and the play ground was the cherry on top for our 4 yr old granddaughter... The theatre room was also a big hit for all... Love the kitchen... Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils very nice place... Highly recommend

Excellent vacation

Our group of 12 had an awesome cabin vacation here. The pool, hot tub, grill, game room, media room and kids play area made sure everyone in the group had plenty of opportunities for fun.Highly recommend this one!
