Great family trip. Very close to all Pigeon Forge has to offer. Amenities were excellent, kids loved the common areas and all the entertainment choices from swimming to pool to movies. Cabin had enough room for everyone. Pool and hot tub were a hit , kids age 9-17 all loved it! Would stay here again

The property was very nice and as advertised. The pool area in the home and in the complex were very nice. There was an issue with the outdoor fire pit not working and it was promptly replaced. The home was very dusty inside, including the floors and inside of windows. This however may have been due to the ongoing construction of new properties within the area. Overall I would recommend this property.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We’re sorry the cabin did not meet expectations on cleanliness. While mountain cabins can collect dust and pollen quickly, this is not our standard. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns right away and improve the experience. We appreciate you reaching out about the fire pit—we were glad to replace it promptly—and would have happily taken care of any additional items, including dusting, had we known. Regarding construction, it has been completed on our street for quite some time, so we’re unsure what activity may have been observed. All surrounding homes are finished, with only a future cabin planned approximately 100 yards away. We appreciate your feedback as we continue improving for future guests.

About the pillows: They’re designer-chosen, higher-end down-alternative and intentionally on the firmer/supportive side (many guests love them, but pillows are very personal!). My wife actually travels with her own memory-foam pillow everywhere, so we totally get it – we recommend if you have a preference to bring pillows for future guest. Amazing property. Really enjoyed the stay. Excellent location and excellent amenities. I only wish they had a BBQ Grill on the Patio inside of in front of the house. And some areas are still under construction so some bumpy roads that will probably be fixed later.

Thank you for your feedback! To confirm, there is no construction active on any of the homes surrounding this property, so there should be no unexpected noise. The water park is 100% completed. Any construction is located toward the back of the neighborhood, with a staging area near the entrance, away from the home. For everyone’s safety, and in compliance with fire codes put in place after the 2016 fires, grills are located in front of the house rather than on the patio. This is a beautiful property with excellent amenities and location—we’re so glad you enjoyed your stay!

Great rental

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. There’s plenty of room for multiple families. The pool is really nice as is the theater room. We had an amazing time and will definitely look to book again.

Host had great detailed instructions with all codes needed. Was also very responsive to my emailed questions ahead of time. I Was slightly disappointed that our cabin was not ready by the 4pm check in that is advertised. It wasn’t ready until 5pm which delayed unpacking and grocery shopping, and dinner. The location of the cabin is amazing. Very close to waterpark so you can walk there without having to drive the vehicle down the hill. Waterpark was a complete favorite. Very nice! We had so much fun with it. The cabin itself had a hot tub on lower porch but it is in need of some service. There appears to be a leak and there wasn’t enough water in it, it also had styrofoam beads in it that need to be cleaned. The decks and decks furniture are in need of power washing. The amenities in the cabin are great aide from hot tub, and instructions about you tube tv were great. We were in need of kitchen towels and kitchen washcloths and had to go buy some. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in an absolutely incredible cabin that had everything you could possibly want for the perfect get away time with family.This place was more than just a cabin. It was a full on experience. There was a private theater room for movie nights bunkbeds with TVs inside yes, inside the bunks and not one but two pools one indoor and one outside the cabin was packed with everything for all of us .Game tables ,outdoor games, cozy spaces to relax or just hang out and when it came to space there was more than enough room for our whole group . No one was ever cramped up. It felt like a resort in the woods. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks Rick for being so kind and thoughtful!

Nice place/ construction could be an issue

Nice home with plenty of room, very close to the parkway. It will be a much nicer place to stay once all of the construction around it is finished. You do not notice the noise once you are in the house. If you plan on using the kitchen bring your own dish towels and pot holders, becuase there are none.

We came to celebrate my fiancés 40th birthday with a group of family and friends. This cabin and its amenities were the perfect choice. From the indoor pool, movie room, lazy river, hot tub….it had something for everyone. In fact we only left the property once during our entire stay! Thank you!!

we had a great trip, love the family activities there, would come backonly knock, was fire alarm need looked at, went off twice with a loud chirpings fault, we had to reset, them at 3am they were show faults twice, which made them chirpevery 60 secondsliving room table glass table needs to be replaced with round table, corners are right at young kids level, we had to put stuff around the corners. its invisible to them Gas grill would be a plus, charcoal is good but hot and messy. thanks again, Tony Disibio

We traveled with 3 generations with a total of 17 ranging in age from 10 months to 66. House worked out great with each family having space and privacy. The location could not have been better for us. Many options for activities and food very close by. Would have been helpful to have hooks in bedrooms or bathroom since there are no closets in a couple rooms. I had to reach out to host, Rick, about an ac issues. He responded immediately and Tech arrived the next morning and got it up and going. Overall, was a wonderful home and hope to return.

We have been fortunate enough to make this a full time business via Destin West Escapes. We are super excited to open Smoky Mtn Escapes in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. During 2023 we will add all three cabins in the smokies. It is our goal to be a small part of your family making memories!
