We invite you to come and stay at our spacious suite where you can enjoy the exclusive Wailea lifestyle. Relax & restore in this serene space surrounded by tropical palms!

This bright and airy 1 bed/2 bath, corner end unit is a modern Hawaiian retreat. The suite features Italian marble flooring, recessed ceilings, crown molding, and décor by local artists throughout the space. Feel at home in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all of the necessities you could need.

Guest comfort is our priority, and we have provided high-thread count linens, ceiling fans, and AC units in both the living area and bedroom. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer & dryer, beach gear (chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella), high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs with cable.

Our ground floor location provides convenient access to the beautiful pools, hot tubs, and grills. A free reserved parking space is just steps from the condo. Come and visit our tropical hideaway and see why we think it’s so special!

Location:
The suite is located within the beautifully landscaped Grand Champions Villas resort in Wailea. Wailea is a master-planned resort community in South Maui. Grand Champions offers access to the Wailea lifestyle while providing a touch of quiet seclusion. The resort is bordered by the Wailea Blue Golf Course, one of Wailea Golf Club's 3 award winning courses on one side of the property, and the world-class Wailea Tennis Club on the other. Grand Champions has 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, and 4 gas grills for guests to enjoy.

Shopping, dining, and other amenities are conveniently located within walking distance. Visit The Shops at Wailea, which offers the finest shopping on the island, excellent restaurants, and the Island Gourmet Market, as well as the beautiful Wailea beaches for sun and snorkeling (a short drive or a 15-minute walk). Don't miss the incredible Wailea 2-mile Beach Path that connects the beaches and takes you past the island's resorts – a perfect morning or sunset activity!

This property is well maintained and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beach gear, towels, kitchen supplies/gadgets, etc. It was a great home away from home with the plus of being right across from the pool. It is close to great beaches, restaurants, and markets. The property owner/manager is responsive and courteous. We would love to book here again.

Wailea 1 bed/2bath condo

There aren’t many properties located in Wailea. This was my second stay in this complex and exactly where I wanted to be located. The unit is next to the pool and was very clean with the except bedroom carpet. Be prepared to pay the full amount when reserving even if checking incremental payments. The owner was responsive in communication and receptive to my requests.

Very Disappointed

No views! The windows of this ground floor condo over-looked the parking lot and trash receptacle, so no views and no enjoyable outdoor area. The unit was far from "light and airy" as advertised. We had to keep the shades drawn at all times for privacy. Plus, the bedroom was right next to the sidewalk adjacent to the pool and mailboxes. So, privacy was an issue. The condo had window units for air conditioning. The one in the bedroom was too loud to use and the main room unit didn't cool the bedroom, so we were too warm at night to sleep. The pools were really small for a resort and not what we expected. We came to Maui to enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean and lush landscaping. On previous trips to Maui, we stayed at the Westin which was gorgeous. But this condo did not deliver on our expectations.

Grand Champion Villas

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the villa was very well stock/appointed and very comfortable for my wife and I. The unit is well situated between the two pools and other amenities and our host was very responsive to queries and questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed this lovely place. Had everything you need for a fun vacation. Two pools, one for adults only which was nice and relaxing, the other more for families which was nice as well. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. Hosts very communicative which was great. Highly recommended!

Paradise!!

The location, decor and furnishings are absolutely top notch! Even the location in the complex is superb, right by the entry, short walks to both of the pools and parking right next to the unit. The hosts were EXTREMELY quick to respond to any messages and really made us feel at home. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Maui!! Mahalo!!

Home Away From Home

My husband and are were visiting Maui for our 31st anniversary and this was the perfect spot. The condo was clean, quiet and serene. Conveniently located to many eateries, grocery stores and the wonderful Shops in Wailea. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to visiting again. Mahalo!

Peaceful Oasis in perfect location

This condo is beautiful! Spacious and clean, with a beautiful lanai to enjoy morning coffee or read during a rainstorm. I enjoyed the easy access to the condo, as well as its proximity to the pool. The location is within walking distance (if you like) to a variety of shops, restaurants and resorts. Communication with Tom & Karissa was easy and they made the check-in/check-out process very smooth. Very much enjoyed my stay and hope to return!

Lovely condo

Just wrapped up our 8 day stay in Maui at this lovely condo at the Grand Champions Villas. First time staying at the Grand Champions Villas resort and this unit. Really enjoyed our time here and this condo. Everything was really nice at the condo. It was very clean and you can tell it had recently been remodeled. Furnitiure throughout was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. We were surpised to find carpeting in the bedroom - other condos we have stayed in on Maui are all hard flooring throughout. Communicating with Karissa prior to our stay was easy and we were able to check-in a bit early. A few minor quibbles: - The view from the condo is the parking lot. No view of the ocean, which was a bit of a disappointment. Although no view of the ocean from the lanai, the palm trees do provide some filtered shade from the afternoon sun and makes it more comfortable sitting out there in the evenings. - The unit is close to the pool and it would get a bit noisy. Not too bad when in the living room, but since the bedroom is closest to the pool, it can be an issue. We had ear plugs to use when we went to bed early - before 10pm - and running the air conditioner helped in that regard. - We had issues with the Smart TV off and on during our stay. Sometimes restarting the cable box would solve the probelm. But we were in Maui so watching TV wasn't a priority. Overrall we had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again.

Wonderful Wailea Condo Experience

We had a wonderful experience in this particular unit. We have stayed at 3 other units at Grand Champions and this was by far the best one. It was very clean and extremely well decorated. Everything had a place and the owners thought about everything we would need as a couple to enjoy our time in Maui. The location was perfect for us located on the ground floor in close proximity to the pool which was very convenient. Parking was very close to the unit and there were plenty of adjacent guest spots available. We didn’t have to carry our luggage up and down stairs. The complex was quiet and security was there every night keeping a watch on the guests. The appliances were up to date and all worked well. The hosts were incredibly responsive polite and friendly. They checked in on us to make sure we were safe and comfortable. The unit was well stocked with just the right amount of towels and other amenities. The Internet was fast and reliable. We really like the tile floors throughout since it made the unit very comfortable and it felt clean. We are very happy to leave a positive review and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in the future. This is the perfect unit for a couple that wants an affordable five star getaway. With privacy and the ability to run at their own pace. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Nice location

We’ve stayed at this resort 3 times
positives of this unit are: convenience to parking, pool and bbq area. Overall the unit is comfortable. Some issues with Smart TVs and plumbing although these issues were addressed by the owner. The kitchen is reasonably equipped although no steak knives. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided. Negative to me is that I prefer outside units with views over the golf course and ocean. This unit overlooks the parking lot and trash area although partially obscured by plantings. My bad for not checking. Also a slight negative is that this is a downstairs unit and if you have noisy spring breakers upstairs it can be annoying (although security came and helped).
