Have fun with the whole family at this stylishly renovated gem of a home. Centrally located and steps from Main Street. Amenities galore greet you, especially for our little guests. Enjoy the adorable enclosed backyard with large playhouse or spread out in our spacious living room. We have something for everyone to enjoy and cater to all ages. Welcome to Casa Cedro!

PS - We do not allow outside guests/visitors on the premises (backyard or inside the house) at any time. This applies to local friends and family that you may be visiting. So please do not invite anyone who is not a part of your reservation over to our home. Thank you.

Very family friendly. Great location. Clean and comfortable. The stairs to the 2nd floor are fairly steep and the steps are short so you must pay attention going up and down the stairs especially if you have big feet like we do.

Responses to our questions was very quick, and everything was handled promptly. Excellent house, very spacious, and quiet neighborhood. Perfect location to visit shops and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable for the five of us. It was a great week!

Two nights in Beacon

The house is well situated just a few minutes walk from Main St.Noise level was fine. Occasional ambulance sirens from nearby street were tolerable. Amenities and utilities were as described.My main reason for the 3 star rating was that we specifically selected this property based upon the photos on VRBO which showed a dining area with 7 chairs, ideal for our group of 6, but when we arrived there were only 4 chairs, and when we messaged the owner, we didn’t get a satisfactory response. She claimed the photos only showed four chairs and refused to supply any additional chairs.

Great, cozy house

The house is very nice, very clean, well kept, and very nicely decorated (looks just like the pictures!). The only discrepancy is the listing says there’s a fitness room and equipment which we didn’t see. We had a question about a remote control and the owner was very quick to respond. Definitely recommend for a small group of friends looking for a quiet getaway!

Nice house

Older house; some upgrades; not much parking space; a little farther away from West Point than we would have liked; would probably stay there again.

An awesome hub for A-Day

We have a cadet at West Point and were visiting for A-Day. This home proved to be the perfect spot for hosting our group of five ranging in ages from 20-83. The home was spotless and so well-appointed. The hosts truly thought through everything that a guest might need and it was right where you would expect it to be. All of the rooms were comfortable and the cute town of Beacon is within easy walking distance. The entire process was smooth and the hosts were super responsive. They even provided some great off-the-cuff recommendations for restaurants in the area based on our cadet's cravings. We will be back many times over the next four years and will certainly look to stay here again.

Great Beacon getaway

My family spent the weekend in Beacon and were very happy to have found a rental so close to the Main Street and all of the cool restaurants, shops and bars there. It was so fun to be able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The house is very well-maintained, nicely decorated, comfortable and well-supplied, and the hosts were responsive and helpful.

West Point Graduation Week

We had a fantastic week. The property was just as it was described. I looked at so many properties comparing size, price, distance etc. I was a little nervous when I realized the AC was not central, but the window units and fans kept it very comfortable. The drive to West Point was one of the easier ones. Master bedroom was very spacious. Others were smaller, but well arranged with nice hanging space, hangers, and luggage racks. Would highly reccommend this for anyone traveling to West Point or other events in the area.

Wedding weekend

We were in Beacon for a family wedding. This home was located close to Main Street. The accommodations were very thoughtful. We were grateful for their modern styling and everything was very comfortable. Thank you.

Great location!

Walk to Main St, so all shops and restaurants. Easy parking and access to highways to get to Hyde Park, etc. ver clean! Owners are extremely responsive.

Great location and nice amenities

The description of the house and the reality were absolutely in line. The house is a five minute walk onto Main St. I had several emails with the host- response was amazing and very helpful. as a result there were no issues. Our grandchild loved the playhouse in the back. the bbq was very nice. overall the place is great as a hub for the Hudson Valley. The only quibble is that as an older house the living room/sitting room area is a bit crowded. But given that we spent little time in the house other than eating and sleeping it really fit our needs. We would come back in a flash.

Great Stay

This is the perfect spot to stay in Beacon. Plenty of space and perfect kitchen if you need to cook at home. Steps away from Main Street in Beacon. Cindy was so great, and so helpful during our stay. Clean and has everything you'll need!
