2315 Villamare est une villa de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain située au 3ème étage avec une belle vue sur le jardin. Cette villa a récemment subi une rénovation complète avec des bains, une cuisine et un mobilier mis à jour.

La cuisine a de belles armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit, quatre tabourets de bar, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une table de salle à manger avec quatre chaises. Les salles de bains ont des vanités avec des comptoirs en granit et un carrelage personnalisé. La salle familiale dispose d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 ". Chaque chambre a un téléviseur HD à écran plat ainsi qu'un téléviseur 42 "dans la chambre principale.

Villamare propose une grande piscine en bord de mer, un bain à remous et une piscine pour enfants. Il comprend également un centre de remise en forme intérieur, une piscine et un bain à remous. Cet emplacement Palmetto Dunes est idéal pour vos prochaines vacances à Hilton Head Island.

I hope to be able to stay again in this exact property. It was impeccably clean, perfect size for us. The kitchen was well stocked with all things you may need. (If you cannot find bowls with lids, check the cabinet in the foyer when you walk in.) There are blenders, a church key, wine opener, and all utensils and cookware I can imagine you would need. There is a Keurig, full-size oven/stove, full-size refrigerator/freezer, and there is an ice machine 50 feet from the door of the unit we stayed in. The pool was perfectly clean, all equipment and chairs are in great condition (and there are a lot of chairs both at the family pool as well as the adult/serenity pool), and considering the heat we are getting hammered with in the Southeast, the water was pretty cool. The beach area is immaculate and such a short walk from any of the units at Villamare. The owners/contacts for the rental were easily reached, and so patient with all of the questions we asked between between booking and arrival. I recommend this unit 100%.Our stay was wonderful and we all wished we could have stayed longer. We give this place a 10 out of 10.

Not very clean!

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. I had to sweep when I first got there. We found a used washcloth in the tub area. The furniture was dusty and found sand on the night stand. I truly worry what wasn’t cleaned that I could not see. I think someone should check the cleaning before people check in.

Long weekend trip

The condo was very clean & very well stocked with quality towels, dishes & glassware. Everything was in working order & we never had to call maintenance for any issues. The condo’s rooms are big except for a small kitchen. The one small complaint I have is that the photo showing the ocean out the window makes it appear that you have an ocean view which you do not. I would stay here again though.

GROSS!Shower NOT cleaned, had used stuff from previous renters

We checked in Saturday night and checked out Tuesday morning. When we entered the property, everything seemed nice and clean. However, when I saw the shower in the master bedroom it was covered in soap scum. You can tell that no one bothered to clean the shower. On Monday evening, while taking a shower I noticed something on the top of the shower rack...it was a used bar of soap and used complimentary bottles of shampoo and condition. So I know for a fact that the shower was NOT cleaned before we got there. This is very disturbing considering there's a pandemic going on. I would expect the property to be spotless.

Wonderful condo and complex

Condo living with a resort feel. Condo was great and had everything you need to make meals (even a blender if you want to make some frozen drinks) and do laundry. There are also charcoal BBQs in a public section with tables that you can use if you want to BBQ (need to buy your charcoal). Really nice having two full bathrooms and the bedrooms are big. Condo is at the back of the property by the entrance and fitness centre but we enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond every morning from our deck. It was only a two minute walk to the pool and there were always chairs available and you are right on the ocean. We had bikes delivered and they were in the garage when we arrived and really enjoyed biking on all the bike paths in HHI. People were very friendly everywhere we went and we would definately go back. There was a nice mix of vacationers and residents at Villamare.

Love Hilton Head!

Staff was very friendly and helpful when booking my vacation. Our villa was really clean and felt very comfortable. This is my 3rd time staying at this property and I have always had a great experience!! Great vacation, will be back!!
