• November 1: Fire-pits are put away for the season starting in November each year, due to weather.
• May 1: Kayaks, fire-pits, and outdoor furniture are typically available in the spring starting the beginning of May (weather dependent).
• October 1: The dock is available. If weather permits, we will have the dock available sooner.
• The cabin is part of Lawrence`s Lakeside Cabins. There are other cabins that are part of Lawrence`s Lakeside Cabins located on the property, and are available to be booked as well.
• The driveway to access Rebecca, Ioneta, Ripple, Katahdin & The Game Room is a steep hill.
• No Parties

The cabin was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. We heard the loons at night and kept the windows open for the cool breeze. It’s moxie falls when you are in Moosehead Lake. Thanks. We had a wonderful time.

Loved the dog bags, cute bowls, and leash along with a dog bed to use. The cabin was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Such a great location and thoughtfulness. It was great to have our own tabletop arcade in our cabin too!

This cozy cabin right on Moosehead Lake was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The game room, fire pits, and kayaks on the property are great for families!

Relaxation With a View

This is our second stay with Lawrence's Lakeside. The camps are always clean and ready to accommodate. We enjoy it here whether your fishing, hiking, exploring, or just relaxing. Excellent destination and an even better view!

we had a great time while we were there. The manager went out of her way to help a couple of old technically challenged people and was very gracious in doing so.My only gripe would be the late check in and early check out which gives a one day visitor very little cabin time.

This is our family's first time to Moosehead Lake! It is gorgeous and there is everything you need for a wonderful time on the lake! We loved every minute here!

Perfect Spot

Perfect location with beautiful views. Charming little cabin, comfortable, remodeled and clean with all amenities needed. Loved the use of the free kayaks and other things for Lake fun. Multiple fire pits with wood supplied was great. It was a bonus to be able to rent a boat for the day right next door.! Great communication and service! We will be back!

Great stay

Cabin was exactly as described paired with a beautiful view of the lake as well! Cabin was warm and inviting with excellent craftsmanship. All of our needs were met and owner was easy to work with giving quick, prompt responses. We would love to come back and highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a cozy vacation in scenic northern Maine.

Lovely cabin in picturesque surroundings

We had a lovely stay! It’s a cozy and Comfortable cabin. The location is lovely with a gorgeous view of the lake. They have a good mattress, something that I really appreciated as someone with back issues. It was easy to communicate with the property manager and they dropped off a space heater as it got very cold during our visit. We would highly recommend the place and hope to be back in the summer!

Girls Trip to Moosehead Lake

Girls Trip to Moosehead Lake was a success! Lawrence Cabins provided all we needed and the setting is gorgeous! We enjoyed the fire pit and hope to return so we can enjoy the kayaks! The ferry to Mt. Kineo for a hike was a surprise bonus!

Lovely

Place is small but so quiet. Nice little convience store right up the road, plenty to do around there, my son loved swimming in the lake, its so clear and clean. I would highly recomended staying here. The only draw back was the bathroom door. Its a barn door style and leaves a good inch of clearance so if not careful could be seen/heard from people in the bedroom or bunk bed in the hall. Again this place was great.

Very clean and well kept

We had a great time at Lawrence's Lakeside Cabins. The Cabin was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and cooking stuff. There was even a Crock Pot we used one night for tacos! We had a great view from Ripple Cabin, but especially enjoyed sitting on the deck by the lake in the quiet mornings. There is quite a steep hill to get from Ripple cabin to the lake and back, so keep that in mind if that is an issue for you, but there were plenty of lake toys and we used the kayaks several times and swam every day the weather allowed The setting is beautiful, the people are nice and very helpful and we would return!

Great Vacation spot!

We stayed for just one night, but it was lovely. the lake is absolutely breathtaking - massive, crystal clear, surrounded by mountains and filled with islands. There are MANY Pelican kayaks - plenty for everyone! and lake floats too! The dock is super long. We enjoyed the kayaks a bunch. I heard loons as I paddled in the evening. It was wonderful that we were able to bring out dogs. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade machine. I appreciated the work station. Overall five stars. Highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway!

Perfect location, renting a boat was easy! (Right next door)! Cabin was clean & cozy we stayed in Ripple! The bed was extremely comfortable! When showering the water was a tad chilly? Not sure if we didnt let it run long enough but just luke warm. Cabin had everything we needed! Thank you for a great stay!!

Each of our cabins are named after some of the original Moosehead Lake Steamboats from the late 1800's and early 1900's. These steamboats moved timber, supplies and sportsmen up and down Moosehead Lake. The last boat in operation is The Katahdin or 'Kate' which is docked in Greenville and open all summer for lake tours and events.
