Holiday cottage in Salento "La Piccionaia"

Beautiful holiday cottage for 4 people. Located in Barbarano del Capo (LE), 7 km from the beaches of Torre Vado (Ionian Sea), and 9 km from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (Località Il Ciolo).
Once an outbuilding of the adjacent stately building, used as a pigeon loft, it was recently renovated with vaulted ceilings and barrels in Lecce stone.
It is located in the historic center of the town about 30 meters from the main square.
In the immediate vicinity: the village bar (highly recommended for aperitifs and breakfasts), butcher, mini-market and tobacconist.

The apartment has a large living room / kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom reached by a staircase, a side hallway to the courtyard and an underground room with two single beds. The kitchen/living area has an induction hob, hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, table with four chairs, and sofa.
The bathroom is large and spacious with a large shower.
All rooms have air conditioning.
In the adjacent courtyard there is an outdoor sofa with cushions for a relaxation area.
An external staircase leads to the terrace above the house which can be used as a solarium.

We rent preferably from Saturday to Saturday (weekly) max 4 people.
