Columbia Bungalow

This was my second stay at Korbin's bungalow and it was great. Super cute bungalow, clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

We were told about the limited parking the day before check in and we were there for graduation. We had hoped to hold a small party at the home but the lack of space and parking was not ideal for a gathering so we went out instead. We left a night early due to the cold weather and drafts in the home. We got a hotel room for the remainder of our stay. No fault of the host, the home is old.

The inside of the home was fine. Not as pristine as the photos show, but the outside and yard were in very bad condition. The yard made the home look abandoned. It actually made me hesitate to stay there.

Convenient, centrally located bungalow

Korbin is excellent to rent from. He is very responsive and was very accommodating to us. The house itself was nice and very reasonable.

Great little space!

Very comfortable house to stay in. Nice decor, ample space, lots of perks. We enjoyed the extras like fuzzy blankets in the living room and a variety of games. Kept our younger ones busy with some cards. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood on the front porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice House

The house was clean, comfortable and close to central Columbia. The neighborhood itself, while no reason to think it isn't safe, is, I'll say, aesthetically-challenged. Overall, I recommend this house as great for 2-3 people who want easy access to Columbia activities.

Close to everything

This is so close to 3 different colleges. We stayed there to attend a contest at Columbia College and it was such a short drive. You can easily get to just about anywhere from this place and it is much better than staying in a hotel!

We booked this house for a visit to Mizzou. The houses nextdoor were abandoned woth boarded up windows. We felt a little uncomfortable about the neighborhood. The yard hadnt been mowed and the back deck was covered in leaves. The house wasn't the cleanest, even the trash in the kitchen wasnt cleaned out before our arrival.

Budget friendly stay

A group of us stayed for 1 night. The outside of the property could use a good mow but the inside was clean and comfortable. It was cheaper than getting 2 hotel rooms and everyone slept good. No thrills but the cost reflects that. I would recommend!

Place was redone and clean. The property owner was excellent young guy. Very responsive. Was mowing the yard when we got there. Good guy. Close to downtown.

Bungalow on Garth

Super cute, clean space. Korbin was excellent to communicate with. Only negative was parking. We had 2 cars and could only park 1 in the driveway. We had to park the other on the street, but everything was fine.

Family vacation

Decent place to stay. Needs to be cleaned better. My wife had to clean the toilet because the seat wasn’t clean. There were ants in the kitchen. We’ve traveled across the country and stayed at a number Vrbo rentals and this seems to be a typical issue that the homes aren’t cleaned good enough. For how much these short term rentals are a night they need to do better.
