Just Okay

While the property itself was clean, there were a number of maintenance issues like missing or loose knobs on bedroom furniture and cracked flooring on steps which had to be cautious so not to fall. We discovered that main bathroom and kitchen had only slightly warm water and little water pressure. The extra bathroom upstairs was good so we used that. We also had only a comforter on bed and no top sheets which we never encountered before. Not worth the money paid given the issues especially with water. If those are resolved then it could be. Check in with the host to be sure before booking. Host is very quick to respond and made the check-in easy. Also answered any questions we had quickly.

Max 4, I’d say.

There is no place for five people to sit together in kitchen or living room. We like a dining room table, which we can also use to play cards.(I guess I should’ve seen that there was only two barstools at the counter on the listing. If someone is sleeping on the couch, there’s no place for people getting up early to sit except outside

Cozy

Great little 2BR with plenty of room for the family. Quiet neighborhood, modern appliances and TVs. Owner was easy to reach and answered quickly to questions.

Cute little 2 bedroom 2œ bath rental

Unit was clean, communication with owner was great, nice stay. We used this unit twice, once on the first leg of a long trip to FL, and then again on the way back. Each stay was just overnight, and the unit was adequate for the five of us.

Super Clean Townhouse

We appreciated Keith was able to accommodate our reservation with 48 hours notice!The pictures are accurate and as others have indicated the owners deserve a 10 rating for cleanliness! They also included some really extra touches such as a couple of toothbrushes in case you forgot yours and some bottled water. Maybe we just caught housekeeping on a bad day, but what kept this from being a 5 star rental for us was when we arrived, the downstairs bathroom didn't have a single washcloth or hand towel to dry your hands. Similar issue in the kitchen...one washcloth and absolutely no towels in the kitchen. The other issue for us was neither of the two beds included a top sheet or blanket. The beds just had a fitted sheet and the comforter. And it was a chilly night and there were no extra blankets in the closet. Overall it's a super nice townhome, with just a few minor issues that could easily be addressed.

Great location & host

We stayed here while attending the Dothan Peanut Festival - it was an easy drive to / from, and Keith, the host, was ultra friendly and responsive. Plenty of room for all of us and a nice backyard for the kids to play in!

Quick layover

This was perfect for a family of four. We were here less than 12hrs but way better than a hotel for the money. A nice touch was little amenities scattered around the house, little snacks, extra toiletries, toothbrush, and other bare necessities were complementary. Will use again when passing through.

Relaxing Stay in Dothan

Very nice, clean and super quiet property in Dothan. We stayed a weekend and enjoyed having a home base. Dothan is small and easy to get around and o the condo is located near pretty anything you need.
