• Check-in is at 4:00pm (or later, anytime works after since it`s self check-in), check-out is at 11am
• All three bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the 2nd floor of this home
• Parking is narrow but can accommodate up to 3 cars in a row (1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway).
• The property is located on a one-way street, which may be a bit narrow to navigate. However, this location offers advanced privacy in the heart of Downtown.
• Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property
