We took our time renovating this bright and welcoming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment so you can truly enjoy the best of comfortable, easy living. The open layout, thoughtful updates, and great amenities make it a place you’ll love coming home to. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, plush carpeting, and generous closet space—perfect for unwinding after a full day.

There’s plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re settling in for a movie night, hosting friends for dinner, or enjoying a cozy wine-and-cheese evening for two.

Located on the second floor and ideally situated near Rochester’s arts and entertainment districts, top restaurants, universities, and hospitals, this apartment makes getting around a breeze. Highland Hospital and Strong are just a quick side-street commute away, with the Eastman Theatre and Auditorium Theatre close by as well. Ideal for a short visit or an extended stay if you’re in Rochester for a few weeks.

I was so happy to find this apartment. Melanie is a wonderful host, she contacted me to make sure everything was perfect (it was) upon my arrival. The place was super clean and fresh inside and the heat worked well. The bed was comfy with extra blankets. Highly recommended!

Everything about our stay at this property was superlative. The apartment was immaculate and had all the necessities. It was located in a convenient area to get to my family and RIT. Next time my family would like to stay in Rochester I will look up this property first.

So lovely and comfortable. Spotless and wonderful decor. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it to others. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the coffee! Check in was easy, the host was responsive and provided great instructions.

My sister and I stayed for the weekend visiting my college child. It was in a perfect location for us to come and go. We visited Letchworth and the eternal flame. Loved being able to come back to a very nice VRBO. will definitely be back

Great Place! We were in Rochester visiting our son for parents weekend at RIT. Apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly what was advertised. Great location
about 10-15 minute drive to the campus and pretty much anywhere you wanted to go in the Rochester area. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again. Thanks Melanie!

It was just what we needed and Melanie was very quick to respond to text and help. She literally walked over to bring me a travel mug for a nice, fall walk. I mean

We did not check-in so I can’t actually speak to the inside. We felt tricked by photos. There should be an exterior picture. We arrived late at night and didn’t feel safe. The home was still under construction so it looked rough late at night. I am hoping for a partial refund. The location was very close to downtown so if that is what you want, it’s great. We were in town for soccer.

This great two-bedroom apartment is located in a friendly neighborhood close to all the great things that Rochester has to offer: shops, museums, entertainment. The space is charming and comfortable. We had a minor hiccup when the weather was much hotter than normal and the window AC units were already removed. Our host brought a fan to make the living area more comfortable and offered generously to reinstall the units if needed. Both bedrooms are equipped with good ceiling fans, so that wasn't necessary. We would stay again and appreciated the great communication and response!

Wonderful stay. Very quiet, safe neighborhood within easy distance to several Rochester venues. Apartment is immaculately clean, check-in a breeze and host is a great communicator. 5 minutes to Strong Museum and great restaurants in the Park Place / Berkeley St area. Off street parking and plenty of on-street parking if you prefer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This apartment was designed and remodeled with care and creativity. Great vacation

My sister and I went to Rochester to bike on the Erie Canal and spend time together. We were so lucky we chose this amazing apartment in a really cute neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed and Melanie was friendly and responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is a lovely spot in a very convenient neighborhood in Rochester. The space is perfect and nicely renovated. If a 2BR apartment works for your group, you really can't go with with this place!

Lovely Abode!

This place was very clean and the rooms were bright with modern decor and all the amenities! The kitchen and appliances seem to be brand new, beds and linens were comfy too!

Perfect for RIT graduation weekend

What a gem! This was perfect for our 3 night stay for RIT graduation. An easy 15 minute drive to campus, quiet, lovely, walkable neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable, clean and adorable! Fun tavern within walking distance and great options for longer walks nearby (make sure to catch sunset at Cobb’s Hill Reservoir!). Highly recommended.
