This property is within reach of everything you may need - dining, entertainment, shopping, and nature. This 2 BR/2BA charming furnished home with an updated bathroom and a garage is on a corner lot overlooking beautiful Lake Formosa. This tree lined street is located in the quaint Mills neighborhood nestled amongst the College Park, Ivanhoe, and Audubon Park neighborhoods.
The space
Less than a 5 minute walk to a Fresh Market grocery, the Urban Trail, the Orlando Ballet, and the Orlando Science Center; minutes from Leu Gardens, Winter Park, Florida Hospital, the Central Business District, entertainment, and shopping. Disney and Universal Parks are only œ hour commute. Restaurants and entertainment are also walking distance, but just enough away to enjoy the peaceful lake. Kitchen comes with standard home appliances, plus microwave and coffee maker. There is a full-size washer/dryer. Additionally, there's a full car garage with an electric garage door opener. A perfect place to spend time in the City of Orlando!

Once the booking is confirmed, we will give you the security code to the keyless pad entrance. We will also gladly provide you with a set of keys and an electric garage door opener as well, if you prefer.
There are also two sets of motion-sensor lights for added security and visibility.
The garbage disposal switch is located under the kitchen sink.

We enjoy spending our cold months in Florida for approximately 1/2 of the year, and the other 1/2 in our hometown of Arlington, Virginia.
